The staff at the Bedford location set all the expectations and processes were discussed regarding my child before starting therapy. After starting therapy none of the information, expectations, or procedures discussed were implemented. It took 4-5 weeks to get any kind of traction with staff, emails, phone calls, meetings. 0 percent of expectations and procedures were being met; in addition to several severe injuries they had no idea had occurred nor could explain even though it is always meant to be one adult to one child. With all these problems and injuries they continued to push and push for my child to attend more hours with little to no regard for the child. We spoke to the regional director and asked for help with all this, requested a new person (BCBA) to take charge of my child’s case or to move to a different center with someone else lead in my child’s case, all requests were declined and once again they persisted my child needed to attend more hours or would be expelled from the program altogether. We have since pulled our child out. From our experience at this center, the conclusion is they do not care about the children.
