I purchased the Jin Sakai Ghost of Tsushima Figure:

Pros:

The final assembled look of the figure is impressive and captures the essence of Jin Sakai beautifully. It's an excellent display piece that will stand out in any collection.

Cons:

The finishing could be improved, as some areas showed signs of incomplete paintwork. In particular, certain parts had noticeable paint that hadn't fully dried, while others seemed to have paint that came off during the assembly process. Please work on the finishing as it ruins the experience.

Verdict:

Overall, it's a solid purchase but, I expected a more polished finish. A bit more attention to detail in the paint application would have made this a top-tier collectible.

The support post sales is extraordinary!!! These guys helped me understand what went wrong, reshipped a new Halo Holder and added a Ghost of Yotei PS5 controller as a good will gesture, I am absolutely impressed.
Guys, if you see white patches post you receive the product, its due to the adhesive being used. I spoke to them, and they are gradually moving to magnet based setup for their future products. I am literally forced to edit the 2* review to a deserving 5* !! Keep up the awesome post sales support. Pretty sure, I am buying more stuff soon :)

Bought the Halo Master Chief controller holder, the look wasn't polish, you can white areas where there is no paint. Also. the black paint came off while applying glue to the inner side and merely holding the pieces together. Didn't want to go through the hassle of return or replacement for a mere 1.4K, but am a bit disappointed.
