We do not recommend their eftpos system. Mislead us by saying that we are not needed to add any products manually as they have more than 90% of products in their database. When we started to add than more than 90% of the products have to be added manually and when we raised it to customer service they were very rude even their seniors. Not printing the invoices sometimes, and sometimes the sales goes on missing from reports. Business Manager are so bad no integrity and fake words into big contract to make money.. they are misleading and seeking to be paid out.. ugly company and totally rip off.. ask multiple times for copy of contract really shady company

Cash sales don’t get added in the system most of the times and at the end of the day you can’t match the cash sales with the data on the system
And when we raised it to them about their faulty system they threatened us that cancellation cost will be $8500
So think before you get trapped by them
