Really can’t recommend Daniel Knott at Active finance highly enough. As first time buyers we had lots of questions and Daniel was always available with honest and sound advice. He worked with us to understand our position and what we wanted to achieve despite us going back and forth numerous times. When we found our perfect home the whole process was made easy and quick as the groundwork had been done upfront and our application was approved within seconds. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

I would recommend Tim to anyone. He got us a great deal for our mortgage in a difficult climate. He then helped me with my life insurance which took a few months as I have complicated medical history. He didn’t give up and eventually got me a great deal. Plus he is lovely to deal with!

From start to finish Daniel was very much involved, great communication, great deal, really helped to push it through chasing solicitors, the information at the start can sometimes be overwhelming but it was broken down very clearly on what I needed to provide, I can’t fault the experience. Would genuinely highly recommend.
