Super quick <24 hrs from order to receiving through the post. This was the second order I'd placed and the second to be delivered this quick, so the first was not a one off.
Also seem to hold a lot of stock, all small items were available (Hope products).
Now saved in my bookmarks

Ordered the item in the afternoon and received the next day. Really helpful when I called and spoke to someone confirming it was the right item.

Seems like it's just a scammers, I paid for the rear shox parts, and from there I didn't received any track number or parts, only bot answer via e-mail. Please avoid to provide them any card data

UPD. after 2 weeks I received my parts. My apologies for the nasty opinion. This shop is safe

DO NOT USE!!! Like everyone else says here, they took my money for a product they didn’t have in stock.

Yep, they advertised a bike part as in stock, took my money for it and then emailed me to say it was out of stock. Still waiting for my refund. No idea when I’ll get it but glad I paid through PayPal! Feels like a scam for holding money

If I could give this company a lower rating I would. Firstly they took my money for a product they didn't have, then said they would refund me, but they didn't. What they did was cancel the transaction which meant the "refund" (their words) took 30 days to return to my account. I am taking my case to trading standards.

I read other negative reviews about the company regarding stock and refunds - I chose to order anyway but experienced the same issues. Stocking information on the website is incorrect, although showing as in-stock, I got an email shortly after ordering to confirm it wasn't. When I emailed about a refund the customer service agent was not helpful providing little to no information and telling me to contact my bank as they "had not taken the money from my account". When I called the telephone number, the man on the phone was rude and dismissive. After contacting my bank, it turns out Activesport simply defer the payment which means the money is left in limbo for xx days until it has "timed out" and the bank gets it back - a poor system used by Activesport, it would be much more helpful for customers if they actively received the payment and then issued a refund, the whole process would be sorted in a matter of days as opposed to the money being in limbo for 30 days (by my bank). Overall a poor company whom do not keep their website updated, 2 stars given because at least they replied to my E-mails (all be it unhelpful), which is more than some companies do!

She ordered online and as it was being sent to a different address to hers they called her to check it wasn't a fraudulent purchase. Great stuff! Needed a free hub for my 2013 giant.
Local Giant dealer had no clue what I needed, probably to get my bike in the shop. Emailed for advice asked for frame number and got prompt and accurate information. Great price for a genuine part and well packaged fast delivery. Highly recommended

I received my item sooner than expected! The item was out of stock but they noticed me that would be available in like 2-3 weeks, as I needed it I decided to wait, and suddenly today I have received my item, just having to wait 4 days:) so excellent service, the support team always in contact with the buyer:)

I ordered two items online. I quickly received an email stating that one item was unavailable for about 5-6 weeks and offering to cancel the order. I replied that I would like to cancel the unavailable item and receive the other item ASAP. I received an email confirmation of this on the same day and received the item the next day via Parcelforce. When I called the office for fitting advice I was given very clear instructions which made it easy.

Made an online order of a product showing in stock and paid by pay pal and after email asking for delivery update I was informed the product was out of stock and not expected in shop until November. Absolutely disgusting taking a payment for a product not in stock.I now have to for my money refund before I can order an alternative ( from somewhere else)

Items are showing as in stock but actually no stock available once you have placed the order and then you get an email saying 6-8 weeks wait.
If you want something within a reasonable time frame give this one a miss.

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about my order and whether it would ever arrive. I needn't have though as it arrived quickly. I will certainly use them again.
