For the past two years, Active Travel have provided us with very reliable & professional travel advice for our European and USA travel.
With the cancellation of air travel caused by the COVID-19 virus outbreak they used their expert knowledge to arrange for us to receive international air fare refunds with minimal or no cancellation cost. They have also been proactive in making arrangements when re-booking our cruise. They also go the extra distance to provide advice and help with bookings beyond their scope. We thoroughly recommend using Active Travel.

Active travel found us the perfect honeymoon (Rarotonga, Cook Island). They protected us from the traps of changing time zones and the international date line. Our connections were perfect (except those factors outside their control) and the hotel a great mix of quiet and child free on our side and ‘happening’ on the other. We have no hesitation in using Active Travel again (Sumatra when conditions allow).
