Response time to questions were unacceptable.

I got a job to install a wall of this type product. The customer wanted black. I bought the black from Acuslat. Its not black, it's gray at best. I called them, talked to some lady that tried to convince me that this is black. Customer didn't not agree, wanted black. I called them again, talked to some manager, who told me to stain them, or sell them on Facebook, since shipping them back was gonna cost me a lot. He said that he was gonna send me some sort of reimbursement for whatever difference of price I was gonna get hit with. I must've called back 50 times, left messages, sent them many emails. Customer fired me, Acuslat is not answering their phone calls, I am $2500 short, sitting on a joke of a product sold be a joke of a business.

Absolutely zero customer service. I intended to purchase multiple slat panels for my home theater, but they were out of stock. I attempted to contact them to inquire about restocking information. Unfortunately, they did not respond to emails or inquiries. I sent messages through their online form and emails to their designated address, but received no replies. Even calling their customer support phone number proved futile as no one answered the calls. The lack of response significantly delayed my construction plans. I highly recommend exploring alternatives and avoiding them altogether. Additionally, numerous individuals have reported issues with the quality of packing and slats, often arriving broken. On a positive note, I opted for TheWoodVeneerHub, where every slat arrived intact, and their customer service was exceptional.

Acuslat was very helpful prior to my purchase when I had questions but it was a different story after I had an issue. I ordered 6 boxes of their oak slat panels and upon arrival I saw that 5 of the panels had hairline cracks. They weren't that noticeable so it's something I can live with. But two of the panels were badly damaged with the slats broken like chicken bones and it wasn't something I could hide. I tried contacting Acuslat multiple times to see if I could get replacements but never heard back. It seems that the packaging is too flimsy to send via FedEx or UPS and that there's a high probability that you'll have issues that will not be addressed by Acuslat. My advice is you should go to a home improvement center like Home Depot, which also sells slat wall products, and have the option of returning damaged panels for replacement.

Sample Package arrived early than scheduled. Well packaged too. I just have to find out which combination I will choose. They’re good quality! Thank you!

Your product is great, but the packing is ridiculously poor, UPS is not kind to boxes and just about every panel had one or two cracks in it, as luck has it I was able to salvage and complete project

The product it’s is very good, Nice to work with although a little delicate if not cut correctly..,the problem is the two prices arrived with cracks & slips on the surface & one piece was chipped in one edge… dispute the packaging looking very clean..

The panels look great! Our master bedroom now has a super high end looking feature wall and the room sounds much more peaceful! Very easy to install as well.
