We had a problem with the first sun umbrella sent to us and delivered by Ada&G, the company arranged for a new one to be delivered and the problematic one was collected, we were very pleased with the service.

The guys delivering did an excellent job and the overall delivery communication has been the best all the deliveries I have ever had with real information in each of the updates. Meaningful updates on progress and next communication dates and events. Excellent delivery guys who were polite and helpful. A delivery service job is really well done by this team.

Ionut and vlad were very friendly, kept me up to date when my delivery was due to arrive, and lifted everything in to the garden for me. :)

Brilliant job of delivery and installation of our pergola by Danial and Stefan.
A couple of small issues were rectified very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them to do. Very friendly and polite.

Today we have had the pleasure of Stefan and Daniel, who came to install our pergola. After we had initially been given a time of 11am-2pm, these guys had experienced unforseen delays and didnt arrive with us until 16.45pm, which at that point we had given up hope (we did receive email updates which stated they would arrive).. on arrival they introduced themselves and were both very apologetic about the delay. They got to work straight away. After 2 hours of hard graft, they had finished our installation and talked us through how to use and care for our purchase. These guys attention to detail is just out of this world. Super happy with our new pergola and so glad we got a fantastic installation team of Stefan and Daniel
