Hit & Miss
Slightly confusing communication in that I was asked to ring back in 30 minutes despite having an allotted appointment; call then went to voice mail twice. I was kept on hold for quite some time when I did call back.
Despite this, the loan process itself was fairly straightforward although I did find it difficult to understand the agent’s accent.
Overall, I would recommend if you are prepared to be patient. The money was transferred one hour after signing the loan agreement.

Awful…
Couldnt get a loan cos they was trying to tell me that my own bank cant set up direct debits even though direct debits have been set up with other companys😂

We realise this may not be the outcome you had hoped for. However, we are aware your situation may change, and would like you to make another application in 3 months.
