The gentleman who completed my loan over the telephone was very friendly and called me back to check I had received all the documents. Customer service was fantastic!

Very clear and simple application process. I have spoken to two staff members today and they were both professional and very well-spoken. The gentleman who processed my application over the phone today was absolutely amazing...he was very polite and friendly and explained everything clearly to me.

They are very bad scammers!
They are scammers. Very shady “customer services”. All of the reviews are probably from family or friends. Fake reviews. They are not here to help struggling black people. They are here to prey and steal from the vulnerable. I have reported them and will be taking legal action.
