We paid EUR 6,000 for MiCA licensing support and had an extremely poor experience.
Our messages and follow-ups were repeatedly ignored. When deadlines approached, the consultant became unreachable after office hours and refused to connect us with the legal team despite urgent requests.
The application was not submitted via the agreed data box by the firm. Only hours before the deadline, we ourselves discovered that the data box password had expired, meaning it had not been accessed or checked earlier. To avoid missing the deadline, we had to submit the application ourselves.
The firm sent a postal submission without a power of attorney, which could only be recorded on delivery days later. Despite this, they later claimed everything was done correctly.
After the CNB file was closed, we requested a partial refund. The refund was categorically denied, and the firm refused to acknowledge any mistakes or responsibility, pushing everything back onto the client.
For a time-critical regulatory process, this level of service, accountability, and communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm for any regulatory work.
