Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Does not even deserve 1 star. They kept saying next week and a month later they said there was a problem with the seals on the pressure washer and it would be another month before it's available. They never notified me of the delays and I always had to call to confirm. I was misled with a tracking for the shipping order that indicated "a label was made and waiting for shipper to pick up".
Not waiting another month and don't trust this company. Cancelled order.
Additionally, I posted a negative review on their website and it was quickly deleted.

Placed and almost $200 order 9 days ago…

Placed and almost $200 order 9 days ago now and the order still shows as unfulfilled on the website. The shipping label has not even been generated yet. I was told by a friend that there products are really good so I thought I would give them a try. I was using Chemical Guys and if an order was placed by 5PM it usually shipped the next day! Disappointed with the customer service.

Received a email for mystery boxes

Received a email for mystery boxes , ordered and never received. Called customer service and was told they are super backed up from the Holidays. Interested enough ordered 1/11/26
Pretty disappointing , I would imagine the kit will contain multiple bottle of glass cleaner as usual.

I don’t feel they care about customer service, just getting you into the que.

I will stick with Jimbo or Chemical guys

Received the order on1/21/2026 the box was filled with a mix of colors from the frozen/broken bottles. I took a video and pics sent to orders@adams… no reply. I called customer service and they advised they are reviewing this and will see what they can do and see what is left in stock. Just pretty sad when the main reason we pay more is for customer service and now it looks like I won’t even receive any non damaged items except for the $7.99 micro fiber towel that was sealed in plastic.
Not sure if this is normal , but certainly disappointing

I highly recommend Adam’s Polishes

I highly recommend Adam’s Polishes. All many of these reviews seem to discuss poor customer service, but I’ve always had amazing support from their team. Not to mention the products are some of the best on the market. Sure, I’ve had packages get lost by the carrier, but that can happen with any business. If you’re looking for top class products with great service, this is the place.

They take a long time to ship

They take a long time to ship. Every order i have made there are backorders that i had to call and find out why it hasnt shipped instead of them sending me an email letting me know about the issue. They dont have a solid inventory.

Verybad customer service

Used a can of their detail spray that was 2 yrs old. It leaked and was defective. The company said the can had no expiration date. When I asked for a replacement they said its too old. Hard to trust a company this stupid!

DO NOT PURCHASE the Adam's Pro-Series…

I purchased the Adam's Pro-Series Pressure Washer 2.0. By their own admission there is a design defect;” We have since revamped/updated the outlet adapter/bale.”
They sent me a “U” shaped piece of wire with no instructions. I asked repeatedly for instructions for on how to repair the Adam's Pro-Series Pressure Washer 2.0 wire. They will not provide a picture or written instructions on how to repair the Adam's Pro-Series Pressure Washer 2.0 useless design defect.
Since they will not provide a way to fix the Adam's Pro-Series Pressure Washer 2.0so I asked for my money back. They will not refund my money. DO NOT BUY THE Adam's Pro-Series Pressure Washer 2.0 × 1 or you will end up with a boat anchor.

No Support

First off I love the products and have recommended them to friends. However after trying to reach the company for the past few weeks via chat, email, and phone unsuccessfully I decided to write this review. I thought maybe they were having staffing issues but after roughly three weeks I an giving up. I didn't just try each of the above ways once I reached out several times. They have NO support.

FIRST and LAST time ordering from Adams

This is my FIRST and LAST time ordering from Adams Polishes. I ordered several foam detailing pads from Adams on November 1st and 12 days later still have not received them. I am located just north of Orlando Florida and according to their DHL tracking number it arrived in Orlando on several occasions only to be shipped somewhere else again and again. I read that their turn around time was Great! NOT SO! IN FACT IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. And as far as their Customer Service goes. It's just as bad. They didn't even want to hear about my problem. I suggested they get a different carrier. I also ordered 2 of their finishing pads, on a different date, from Amazon they called me and said they had no number for the address and the carrier couldn't deliver it. I contacted Amazon and in fact they had the correct address and Amazon sent them the address again. Amazon stated it should arrive by the 18th. At this point I'm not sure if or when I will be getting my orders. NEVER AGAIN! There are other car detailing companies out there whose products are just as good if not better and less expensive. These 2 purchases from Adams have caused me nothing but aggravation.

Painfully slow processing.

Made a reasonably large order and so far it’s taken 4 business days to print a label. In the world of Amazon I find it fascinating that companies with near-zero logistics experience still exist. They really need to step up their game to play ball.

Additionally they charge $7 shipping for Amazon purchases from their store. They make good stuff, just need help operating a business in today’s world.

Love the products but not the support

Love the products, but not the support.

I made 2 orders on their websites within 2 days.
They decided to send the 2 orders within 1 FedEx tracking number, which is ok.
But it then appeared that there was a Master tracking number and the general one. I was delivered with a general one. But for my persnoal reasons I wasn't the one who received the package and the person who I asked to do it is not allowed to check the parcel. Yet Adam's don't know what's in that parcel! They say we don't have such a tracking number and don't want to do anything

Excellent products but customer service... Horrible

I love their products and have used them for years but recently I had an issue with a product. No problem. I reached out to their customer service and to my dismay, HORRIBLE customer service. They are rude, and quick to blame the customer instead of offering any kind of advice or anything useful. Just point the finger and move on. Customer service is just as important as the product itself. I will be sadly replacing Adams in my shop with a company that has both a good product and good customer service to stand by it. Sorry Adam.

Product is good

Product is good, delivery time sucks! They don’t seem to care. Ordered a product on the 14th of the month, didn’t get it to the 25th, that was with 3-5 day shipping chosen! How can you operate a company like that! Don’t waste your time!

Terrible CS and company

Great products, if they have them in stock AFTER ORDERING.. Out of five orders I’ve placed, twice they are all of the sudden out of stock even though their website states exact numbers of “in stock”items. Don’t expect to have what you order to actually ship.

On a second note.. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don’t expect much! Except for rude sales people who expect you to know everything about their products. They make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. All they care about is volume not customers.

Terrible Customer Service

My package was delivered to the wrong house. The address was correct but FedEx wasn't paying attention. Anyway, When I finally received the package it had been opened. I explained this to Adams in an email. They asked for photos of everything that was in the package. I complied but never got a definitive answer if I received everything I paid for. I wanted the ceramic finish and all I got was a flashlight, some cloths, 1 4oz bottle of surface prep, and a 4 ozl bottle of Graphene boost, certainly not enough for my truck. My original question was never answered so no I requested a return authorization. I'm not paying over $100.00 for some rags and 8 oz of soap.

Time for me to find another brand

Their products are worth checking into and I love their wheel cleaner however their customer support department is absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Manipulative, gaslighting type of things. I currently am unable to order products bc it won’t allow me to go to my cart on their page. Instead of helping to fix the issue Christian has just taken me in circles about the discounts only applying to certain items and how even tho I refreshed and went to a new web page I was still on that web page that was 2 weeks old. He never once addressed the actual issue or tried to help in anyway. Before this occurrence as few months back I had ordered a blanket which I received a back order slip about. When I reached out the guy working the customer support “Charles” did everything but call me a liar until I showed him all the evidence that I in fact was not lying. I also never received that blanket and was given my money back because they sold out and over looked me. I own and operate a detailing business I start with Adams and use them for my business. But after the constant ignorance from a department designed to help people not degrade them I believe I’ll be switching all products away from adams. P&S seems like wonderful interior option and much cheaper. It blows my mind how any business that treats its customers this way could remain open and successful.

The hose on the 2nd Adam's car dryer…

The hose on the 2nd Adam's car dryer has started to pop off on every use. I purchased the dryer in 2021 summer and had the initial problem, hose pop off, the hose pops off the connection to the dryer unit.This is the second hose that does the same thing, pops off the dryer. The hose need to have a swivel at the dryer unit where the hose connects.The hose also needs to have a shut off at the discharge, you must walk back to the dryer to shut it off, a place to wind the cord would be nice,. With some better engineering the dryer would be excellent, as it stands it is just a nuisance. Looking to go with Metro vac.
