Sent me the wrong jacket before Xmas they claim I've sent the wrong jacket back and refusing to refund £320 and lying etc very dodgy shop so they got the jacket and money I've reported them to trading standards!.

Ordered the Berghaus trango got money off the jacket came really fast and I'm really happy with the jacket it's very nice and great fit .I'd shop with yous again easily.one happy customer here ..

Placed an order on Thursday at 9.30pm with “your order will be despatched within 7 days” message. Email comms very clear, item despatched notification received the following Monday and item arrived on Tuesday - so 2.5 working days ! Great price for a branded product. First class. Thanks

This company is the BEST I have dealt with in a long time.....customer service is outstanding and the people are the best I have ever come across - friendly, helpful and extremely professional.

They took the pain out of the mistake I made online and dealt with it amazingly. I ordered the wrong size, phoned them (got straight through and spoke to a human) and cause they never had the size available at the time they refunded me and then contacted me when the size came in and I placed order......came straight away....they made the whole process easy and took all the stress away for me.....amazing.

Great shop with fantastic sales of good gear. Very quick delivery. We have been in the actual shop in Liverpool but that was decades ago and I don't think we have used them much online. The online experience was excellent, even though they use similar software to other outdoor companies in the UK, which is often problematic. Delivery was incredibly fast and efficient to the Highlands.

Adapt outdoors were the best price for the jacket i wanted.

Bought a Berghaus trango jacket and its a beauty but noticed there was a few marks on the hood when I contacted adapt outdoors about this they just said give it a wipe with a baby wipe and if this doesn't work then to give it a wash I replied saying I didn't want to try this as I didn't want to make it worse as it might need the special wash to protect jacket i didn't get no reply and still waiting for a reply.so thats why I have rated them 1 star as there customer service is rubbish

Ordered a jacket and it came rapid! *5 from adapt for there service. Sadly had to return as it didnt fit but will be buying from here again and would recommend to anyone to buy from here.

Ordered a new fleece over the weekend and got trigger happy and forgot to order the correct size. I emailed Customer Services over the weekend to explain and received a refund confirmation this morning.

I can only say an excellent Customer Service response and certainly would do business again well done guys

I went online and collected a first order discount code which was successfully added to my order and confirmed. When I noticed my card payment had not deducted the voucher even though it accepted it online I cancelled the order in writing by email. However they still posted the order out hoping to keep the sale regardless. As a matter of principle because they had not honoured their discount code I asked to return them. The distance selling regulation makes it clear that the seller should be responsible for the return costs. Again another dodge they refused to provide. I consider them to be underhanded in business morals and would simply shop elsewhere where you may get some customer service

Quality. Delivery was really quick. Product as described and considerably cheaper than elsewhere.
