Wall paper ok but when it was time to install, they came and left without installation and no call or quotes

They do not ship or print at all. Confirmation means nothing.
After seeing glowing reviews online, I made an online purchase of two custom sized versions of one of their murals. I received order confirmation, anticipated delivery dates, the charge went through.
The day before the end of the delivery window I reached out trying to get tracking. After 9 attempts, 2 via linked in, a series of emails to customer support, replies to the emails hey sent and more, no one responded over the course of days. I finally got a phone number and called, person was nice enough but had no laptop or way of looking anything up. I informed her I'm about ready to make a charge back via my bank after no delivery and my now 10 attempts. She said she recommended that if the number to her manager doesn't work. I called the number she gave me and got a generic voicemail. Then I went and made a chargeback.
After the chargeback filing they responded saying they never got the dimmentions needed for the order (this was one of the required inputs for me to have made the order, so that was a lie. Also, the oder was now 3 weeks old with no action taken on their part, etc). So I give them the dimmentions. They go silent again. Days later we connect again and they send me non-centered, uneven proofs. I had to get them to correct them. Then, I was promised it would be printed in 2-3 days and delivered 2-3 days after, and they would follow up. A week goes by nothing, so I reach out. Nothing. I reach out again the next day, a simple "we are working on it" is all I got. I follow up again the next day, nothing. The order was placed a month ago, and even the reprint should be here by now. I have nothing. No confirmation of printing status or shipping. They have once again gone silent so I am going back to my bank. NOT WORTH IT!

I absolutely love this wallpaper store. They always provide great customer service, and their wallpaper installers are incredibly experienced. I’m definitely going back!

We had a lovely experience and very happy with our mural paper for our cloakroom toilet. Jim was so patient and informative. We chose an image from online, and he and his team made it a reality for us, it is perfect and we love it. We would order from them again and highly recommend.
