We've searched our records but haven't been able to locate an order under your name, so we've reached out via Trustpilot to ask for a few more details such as the email address or order confirmation number used at checkout. Once we have those, we'll be able to track down exactly what happened and get it sorted straight away.

If you'd prefer a refund at that point, we'll absolutely process one for you. We would never knowingly ignore a customer, so we want to understand where the breakdown in communication has occurred.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear your Father's Day gift didn't arrive in time. We completely understand how frustrating that must be.

We wanted to share a little context on what happened. Your order was placed on 11th June and despatched on 13th June, which is well within our processing time for a fully personalised product. Unfortunately, once the parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery is out of our hands, and in this case it appears to have become stuck in transit on their end.

Regarding the tracking number, because the order was sent via Royal Mail's standard service rather than Tracked 24, the tracking updates are limited. Royal Mail only update the status when delivery is attempted, so the tracking page can appear inactive even though the parcel is on its way. On our end, we can see it was scanned as "in transit", so it did enter the Royal Mail network.

On the communication side, we can see an active support thread where our team have been conversing with you. The last email in that thread was from us on Saturday and we've been waiting for your response since then, so we're a little confused by the suggestion that we haven't replied. We'd never want a customer to feel ignored.

We know none of this changes the fact that the gift didn't arrive when you needed it, and we're genuinely sorry about that. We've issued a full refund for your order so you're not left out of pocket. Over 90% of our orders arrive within a few days of dispatch, so this really isn't the experience we want for any customer.

We completely understand your concern. Each surname should have its own unique origin and history, and we would expect two different surnames to produce quite different results. That's certainly what we see across the vast majority of our orders, so we'd really like to look into this for you to make sure everything was produced correctly.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. We take feedback like this seriously, so we wanted to share some context that we hope reassures both you and anyone reading this.

Your order was placed on Saturday 23rd May and was produced by our team the very next day. Due to the Bank Holiday on Monday 26th May, the first available Royal Mail collection was Tuesday 27th May, which was still within the 48 hour (Monday-Friday) dispatch window stated on our website. Delivery on 1st June also fell within the 2 to 4 business day timeframe for the shipping service selected at checkout.

Regarding your emails, we genuinely could not find any messages from you in our support system, which would explain why you didn't receive a reply. Our team did respond to you via Facebook on Sunday 25th May with your tracking details. We understand that's not the same as a prompt email reply, and we're sorry for the confusion.

We were also sorry to learn that your parcel arrived damaged. Our founder reached out to you personally to apologise, issued a full refund, and offered a free express replacement. We hope that demonstrates how seriously we take these situations, even when parts of the experience were outside of our control.

We want to reassure you that our support team did reply to every one of your emails. Unfortunately, we have since discovered that all of our responses to your Hotmail address were being blocked by your email provider due to a technical authentication issue on the email delivery side. This meant none of our replies ever reached your inbox, which we are truly sorry about. We only became aware of this when we found the bounce-back notifications in our spam folder.

Regarding your order, the additional pack was dispatched separately on 20th May via Royal Mail, and tracking confirms Royal Mail received it on 23rd May. It should be with you very soon if it hasn't arrived already.

Since email isn't getting through to you reliably, please feel free to contact us via Facebook message, or using another email address, and we will pick it up straight away.

We're sorry again for the experience. Your messages were never ignored, and we appreciate your patience.

Having investigated the order, I can confirm both your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email were successfully sent to the email provided.

Unfortunately, the parcel still shows as “in transit” with Royal Mail, which usually indicates it has been lost within their network. As standard shipping was selected, Royal Mail unfortunately do not provide us with further tracking updates beyond this point.

We completely understand your frustration, especially as the order was intended for a specific occasion which has now passed. Although the delay after dispatch was outside of our control, we do take responsibility for the overall experience and have therefore issued a full refund for the inconvenience caused.

We were also unable to find any direct emails from you regarding this order prior to the Trustpilot review. In future, please do contact our support team directly as we’re always happy to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.

We’re genuinely sorry this happened and, as a small business, it’s always disappointing to receive a 1-star review in situations where we did fulfil and dispatch the order, but appreciate your frustration nonetheless.
