Terrible quality.

The embroidery on my suit is as done incorrectly. The fabric was not secured properly in the embroidery frame, which resulted in fabric that is buckled, warped, and full of unsightly wrinkles and imperfections. This quality is totally unacceptable. I don’t understand how your business thought it was okay to send me something so obviously defective. You have terrible workmanship and quality. Totally unacceptable and I want a full refund.

Had to get a pretty specific custom tie for a wedding with only a little over a month turnaround. I thought I may need to find the best available off the rack option, given the tight timeline. Addicted Bespoken got me my tie exactly to my specifications within a week, I'm absolutely floored by the customer service!

I recently had a terrible experience with Addicted Bespoken. I initially reached out to them through their website, but they convinced me via email to buy directly from them instead. I trusted their word and went ahead with the purchase, expecting a high-quality suit for the high prices they charge.

However, when I received the suit, I was extremely disappointed. The suit was dirty, made from poor-quality fabric, and the fitting was terrible. It was nothing like what I was promised. For a company that markets itself as premium and charges accordingly, this was completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, their customer service is atrocious. When I tried to contact them about the issues with my suit, they were unresponsive and dismissive. They eventually stopped replying altogether and told me I could do whatever I want.

This company is a fraud, and I feel like my money was completely wasted. I strongly advise others to avoid Addicted Bespoken at all costs.

The Seller responded to requested size modifications and the pants are perfect in every way. I love the color, material and fit. Great job!

Ordered my fiancé's wedding suit last week and the suit came in yesterday which was great. The measurements were pretty accurate except the sleeve length but my partner was okay with that. The main issue is the color. The color is completely wrong and when I messaged them about doing a exchange, they said we couldn't since it was "custom" but we could order a new suit in the right color for 325 more. When I asked about ordering it in a different fabric, they said that would be 400 more. That clearly didn't sit right with me. I found a suit that was the exact color I was trying to order and they told me it was the same color of my partner's suit. I laughed because the colors weren't close to being the same. I ordered a dark green/forest green suit and the suit we got was clearly olive and the green doesn't even show up in photos. The suit looks grey! They pushed back and once again said it's the same color but I sent them multiple pictures showing them that isn't the case. Right now the owner and his team are looking over my concerns but after reading bad reviews on etsy, I doubt they will do anything helpful like give me a refund. I will be disputing the charge and getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

We ordered an embroidered suit and were mostly happy with it; it arrived quickly and fit well. However, there is a large snag in the pants. For $1300 we simply expected much better quality.

Everything about this experience was top shelf. I would order from these folks again in a heartbeat. I have been buying off the rack jackets for years and they are ok, but to have a custom fit, there is nothing like it. Thanks again !
