Overall, we got there but it took a little time for the verification service to get things done and we had to go through things twice. Not all their fault, I misread instructions, but happy with the service in the end and it didn't take that long to do,
Terrible service. The phone number doesn't work on their website and their team is unresponsive. The receipt number I received wasn't recognised in their system on purchase; they responded to my email and then I've had nothing but trouble trying to verify my business - their compliance team have held this up at every stage over nonsense. I requested a complaint to be raised, with their agent acknowledging it and advising my ID is fine and requesting a new POA from my business partner (but giving no way to provide it!). I have been trying to do this since the 28th August and their last reply to me was the 12th September - 3 unanswered emails later, I will be initiating a chargeback if I do not hear from them today. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
