The reason for only 3 stars is that after I had B paid my bill I then received another by mail. I phoned your office in NSW and explained the situation. He confirmed that it had been paid.
I suggested to him if the company was going to send out invoices they should be marked paid if they have been. I also asked him if he would pass this on to his boss but although he said yes by the tone of his voice I doubted this would be done.
Just as your time is precious so is mine. If I sent your company a bill for the cost of phone calls and my time ,
Would you pay it?,
And if so how quickly.

Inspection good, booking process bad!
The actual pest inspection went well, and was professional and friendly. My issue was with your booking people who booked it for the day I specifically said not to book it. I had to follow up twice to get this addressed. Unhappy customer.

Very expensive for the inspection…
Very expensive for the inspection provided. Same price as last year but the inspector was only here for around 15 minutes. Didn't even look in the roof as stated "the house looks fine so no need". And didn't notice rotting wood at the front of the house. I'm aware it's water damage and have organised repair but thought the inspector would at least mention it. Not sure if he even saw it. Will be reconsidering pest company next year as was very disappointed with detail of inspection this year for the ridiculous $300 for 15 minutes work!

In 2016 termite damage to laundry door…
In 2016 termite damage to laundry door frame & surrounding area this was repaired at no cost we have a timber replacement warranty in place. I have a termite monitoring system in place very happy with the service provided.
