Adept Mortgages Darren
Darren form Adept mortgages provided a great service from start to finish. He listened to what I was trying to achieve, then gave me a few options on what was the best solution. The mortgage deal he found was excellent and kept in touch from start to finish.

Darren managed to find us a lender to refinance with, even with the tight parameters he had been given.
Darren went above and beyond for us and kept a close eye on the comms between solicitors as they were dragging their feet. The process took much longer than anticipated but I believe it would've taken much longer had it not been for Darren. Thank you so much

Thank you for the review and comments. Yes, it’s fair to say this was one of the more complicated cases dealt with recently. Thank you for your patience, both with the lender and the solicitors, and I’m glad all went through in the end, Darren.
Good communication and clear advice, mortgage arranged within 8 days of offer
We have just had our BTL mortgage agreed through a Limited Company with Darren. Whole process was quick, smooth with prompt communication throughout.
Although purchase not completed yet, the mortgage arrangement couldn't have gone better and took 8 days between verbal acceptance of offer and successful application.
Darren was helpful with clear advice over the phone and email. I would recommend his services after my experience where looking for a mortgage advisor. I was pleased that I didn't have to spend hours on the phone going through everything and could just send through all documents he needed.

Proactive, Professional and Friendly
We worked with Darren for a limited company BTL Mortgage. Right from our initial conversation, Darren was friendly, accommodating and supportive. Darren is very proactive and he ensures the best possible advice is given. Further, he constantly kept me updated and liaised with the estate agent, solicitors and tenants throughout the mortgage application process.
I found Darren's services better than other mortgage brokers I have worked with in the past, including the ones who charged me a fee. I would strongly recommend Darren and Adept Mortgages for any mortgage-related enquiries.

Fantastic service
It was a pleasure working with Darren while we were trying to explore mortgage options via a Ltd company to buy to let. Right from the first contact, Darren was responsive, very helpful, and always willing to give unbiased recommendations.
Compared to other mortgage brokers we've worked with before, Darren stood out. I will certainly work with him again and recommended him to others.

New Buy to Let Mortgage set up
Darren provided a great and quick service, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had.
I have now got a buy to let remortgage set up which meets all the criteria I asked for.
