Recently used there adult adhd service after 22 years of dysfunction I cant describe the releif of knowing there is a reason why. My only regret is not having done it sooner.

ADHD Certify has genuinely changed my life. After years of feeling like I was crazy or that it was all in my head, I finally felt seen and validated. The support has been amazing, from the team answering my endless questions to helping me secure last-minute appointments (all those adhd people will know this well)

A special thank you to Annisah she is incredibly kind and caring. For the first time, I felt like someone actually understood what I was going through. I’ve now successfully moved to shared care (which is unheard of in my area), and I couldn't be more grateful. If you’re questioning whether to reach out, please do it. It’s been life changing.

I had an ADHD assessment with Shymaa yesterday. To say I was nervous for this was an understatement. I am an extremely anxious person and Shymaa made me feel so much at ease, like I had known her longer than the hour assessment, did not judge me at all, and it almost felt like a chat rather than an assessment. Extremely pleased with the full assessment - I cannot thank you enough for giving me the diagnosis I always knew I had.

Mr Thomas Forrest completed my assessment, very friendly and professional, even with my nerves and my mouth kept running away with itself! Highly recommended!

I recently had my ADHD assement with janine, I was a little nervous. she was so calm and reassured me throughout. I felt very comfortable talking to her and answer the questions asked. She had a lovely approach and couldn’t recommend her and the company enough.

I had my diagnosis a few weeks ago with Asana. She put me at ease and was great throughout. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

Wish I started the process of getting diagnosed years sooner but thankfully adhd certify has made the whole thing as easy and smooth as possible. If you’re on the fence about whether to move forward, I really suggest you do. Life can be some much more enjoyable and productive when you’re own brain doesn’t get in the way.

Great service. Lots of communication between myself and the company before the in-person appointment. Met with Rebecca, one of the consultants, with my 12 year old daughter. Rebecca talked to my daughter in everyday language and got loads out of her about the issues she is experiencing in a proper conversation. Daughter put at ease straightaway by Rebecca. Explained the steps of what was happening and what would happen if there was a positive diagnosis. I was able to ask questions and any concerns were answered. Company have been in contact too to notify of next steps. Will get the report within ten days.

From my initial enquiry, throughout the assessment, receiving my daughters final report and the ongoing support & advise has been beyond outstanding.
Shymaa carried out my 5 year olds ADHD assessment and she was nothing but supportive, understanding and took her time to listen to my concerns, go through all the supporting documents from her school and took time to speak to my daughter and make us both feel relaxed.
The whole assessment was relaxed and easy going, no pressure or stress at all, and my daughter was allowed to be herself and no expectations of her where expected at any point.
The report we received was very very thorough, very well structured and clear.
I would highly recommend Shymaa to anyone with a child needing an ADH assessment.

I had my ADHD assessment with Ms Rebecca Wilson and it was a really positive experience.

What stood out most is that it didn’t feel like an assessment at all - it just felt like a conversation. Because of that, I was able to be completely myself, and if you do have ADHD, it comes out naturally without you feeling like you have to “prove” anything. She creates a space where your real personality shows.

I was quite vulnerable throughout, but she handled that really well. She listened properly, didn’t rush me, and was genuinely understanding the whole way through. The 90 minutes went by quickly, and I left feeling heard and comfortable with the process.

I’d definitely recommend her, especially if you’re feeling nervous going into it.

I had a thoroughly reassuring experience throughout my diagnosis journey.

Toni, my assessor, was incredibly empathetic, comforting and calm in gauging my answers to lots of questions (which can be tricky with an ADHD brain when the assessment takes a long time!) I found her manner to be extremely reassuring and kind - which really put me at ease throughout a nerve wracking process.

I had a slight issue with the payment not being recieved within 60 minutes of booking the appointment - however the support team on the telephone and emails were extremely helpful with rectifying this and ensuring my original appointment time and date was kept to.

The report is incredibly detailed and comprehensive - providing a really clear insight into my brain and how it works (some people who have known me well for years couldn’t have explained it as well as the report does!) and the workplace reasonable adjustments letter is incredibly useful - as most of my difficulties were experienced in the workplace.

Overall, I am delighted at my experience and so glad I chose to do this privately through this company and would highly reccommend to anyone seeking clarification - like me.

I recently reached a dead end with the NHS and decided to pursue a private route through my medical insurance. Unfortunately, although I was referred to an ADHD specialist, my insurance would not cover the assessment and were unable to advise on alternative providers.
After finding this company online, I called late afternoon on Friday the 9th and spoke with a member of staff (apologies, I can’t recall her name) to get more information about the process and next steps. She explained everything clearly and in detail, and was extremely helpful.
Following that call, I booked an appointment for Sunday the 11th with Shymaa Sword. She was professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The assessment felt relaxed throughout—I often forgot I was even being assessed—and I received my diagnosis by the end of the call. The full report was issued the following week.
I then began the titration process with Annisah, which has progressed very efficiently. We quickly established that I required higher dosages, with several adjustments along the way. Once stable, the team contacted the NHS on my behalf to request shared care. Although this was unfortunately declined, it was something I had anticipated.
Overall, all staff involved in my care have been excellent. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering a private ADHD assessment.
