I played in the Woolston branch yesterday in Southampton. Played a game called gold fever, 500 jackpot. It absolutely robbed me blind. 600 for barely any features. And when I did get a feature nothing bigger than 50 quid. I'm not saying all machines should pay vast amounts all the time, but when you've put more than the jackpot in, and don't win anything back to make your loss more fair and acceptable. This is the problem with all the machines in your stores. In the city centre I played rainbow riches, it took over £2500 in a week, I eventually won the silver pot which was less than £400. Does this seem fair or as the machines advertise, random. Years ago machines were fair, you played against the previous players success or if they lost I could be your good gain. Now these new machines that cost up to £2 a spin can take thousands, only offering a £500 maximum win. Is this fair? I definitely will avoid gambling in any admiral establishment and advise anyone reading this doing the same as you will lose way more than you ever win. Gambling should be some fun win or lose. But when it's always lose and lose big amounts of money, then it's no fun for anyone and unfair profiting for admiral. It's a joke to say set your limits, only spend what you can afford to lose. When they know full well, once you put a certain amount in that your natural response is to chase that loss and at the same time win more than lost. That's the hole point why your gambling isn't it? To win more than what you started with.... want my reviews to stop admiral? Pay me back at least half of what I lost yesturday. Don't do so? More warnings to other players and reviews will come.

Walked into the Bromley branch. A man with glasses tallish came in as I was playing and asked for IDs. As I replied in shock saying I’m 38 he interrupted and said you should be happy then it’s a compliment you look young aggressively and said plz leave. Literally that’s what happened and he laughed off my anger when I said will complain over your foul manners called security!!! And kicked me out

Came to staines and asked about cash match and the attitude member of staff by the name of Stephenie who was aragant and kept smirking at me when i said i dont keep smirking and when i said i willreport to monica she said she dont care what monica says and kept on being attitude towards me still so i was with a friend of mine who was also disgusted and when finales i was given cash match was given wrong voucher as gonna show on message and no one changed it so i left fully disatisfied i can advise other customers to play else where as save disapointment please get back to me asap possibe

I lost 1300£ in one day in Admiral Coventry was playing 1£ and 2£ stake in different games on one machine all what it gave me was £20 in bonus that’s ridiculous. The Ipswich admiral is the worst a lady ho she was in the back office, was passing me and straight to my chair instead of going around where was alots of space, after playing 1 h I noticed that machine Is not correct and it's is big scam by prosentige it's should pay out 90% but I think it is more 20% .

Have been playing admiral slots for quite some time never had a problem with them until earlier this year I made a complaint about jackpot kings the goonies return slot and they haven't bothered to investigate my complaints they even told me to complain directly to the company responsible for the game a company called blueprint gaming who recently responded by saying it's admiral casino who are responsible for how the game plays on the admiral casino site and any complaints should be dealt will by them well I hàve an update for admiral casino sometime in the new year you are going to be part of national TV program that have been investigating gaming sites and gambling sites in general and your going to be asked why you avoid dealing with legitimate concerns by your customers I will be most interested in how you explain not investigating certain games that have recently been tested and have been proven to have a dropoff of over 32% in gameplay yet ADMIRAL CASINO refused to investigate and clearly stated that the game in question is legal???

I went on a family trip to Manchester with my daughter and I popped into the Ellesmere Port venue on Friday the 25th and there was a young girl who had blonde hair working there who smelt of drugs it was so unprofessional I had to leave within ten minutes as I couldn’t tolerate the smell it was so unprofessional

Went into Macclesfield lost 2000 in two hours almost no wins. Did the same in the last week in the potteries 1500 and 1800 on each day . Some other poor people in tears having also lost £5000 over in a week . Complete rip off scammers. They have now lost my custom for good as they never pay out just take take take and take more. Staffordshire just sitting around don't even offer you a drink. Stay well clear , give your money to charity rather than these scammers!!

When you walk in staff try to tell you what to play and also stand behind you with their mobile phones make you feel uncomfortable.

Went to Sheffield Admiral, awful terrible experience. Admiral arcade slots are pre programmed to take and take your money, I put 700 and the best i won was 30 quid. I was disgusted, staff could not care if you are destroying yourself No safe guarding for problem gamblers. I saw a lady next to me putting 1K trying to get a bonus on £2 bets without any success. I left feeling sick I don't understand how this is allowed and nobody is monitoring this madness. Never again

i am sick fed up with this company sending me links for free spins when i need to deposit money so there for they are not free as need to top up that is false advertising and is illegal i am reporting this so am advising everyone to stay away from this sight go on at your own risk so admiral stop sending me emails which are false do not want any more emails from u

All l can say you never win most of the time and been visiting shop months never out with win!! Some good staff and some makes they are own rules because not being monitored and very cold environment always!!

Went to the blackburn one again against my better judgement, last time I went I did 200 quid in 20 mins and not one pay out! Just been against now against my better judgement as said and done 120 pound in 9 mins and won naff all. Not even a tenner??? There all rigged!! Asked the payout rate and got some bull that there 97 percent? Ha ha what a joke will never come bk again!! Stick to online it's weirdly fairer!!!

while at admiral i had an accident there i suffer from ibs in which you may have to go to the toilet immediately sometime you dont get to the toilet in time and you end up soiling yourself well this happened to me following from the incident the banned me and deemed what i did was antisocial

Extremely poor customer service from Frank really unprofessional and unprepared in his role nothing was working and had a rude attitude asking another member of staff to talk to me because he can't understand" I was speaking perfect English" he was rude. A month or so ago a ticket for £25 was not redeemed as it was not recognised by the machine I was told to return the next day I forgot and remembered today the staff was unprofessinal and had an attitude. Today i reminded them frank told the staff tekkie that I could get the money when I left the shop as I was leaving I reminded them frank acted like he was never told I was then asked for the ticket and explained I wasn't told I needed the ticket. Frank told me I have to wait after waiting an hour he then said if its past a month he cannot do anything about it. The store is a mess the ticket machines don't work only to take money out most of the machines we're not working. And the attitude is extremely poor. He was threatening and disgusting he then said " why is this guy crying over £10. After asking him about the ticket a few times he got an attitude and said it could take hours after reminding him again a few hours later he said it's another 30 minutes he had an attitude problem he needs to be retrained or fired he has an attitude not suited for a managers role. He then fake laughed the whole night as a cover up with customers after I said I was going to write a bad review.

Yesterday I witnessed a member of staff at the Admiral St Helens venue tell a regular customer (Lesley) not to play certain machines because they had paid out.
Not only that,but when I won the member of staff was counting what I had won and both the member of staff and this same customer was discussing what I had won.I have always wondered why this customer and her son win large amounts on a regular basis the odds of winning in these places are low but there even lower when a member of staff is helping certain people to win why she watches everyone else fill up the empty machines really more fool us for going in there in the first place we definitely won't be returning.
