My account rep Ana Ellis along with David Wilsons team and even the "Closing Manager - Jennifer Watson" stepping in to make sure we met our timelines for closing a purchase with a Developer after 6-pm! Great Company to Work with
I had a difficult loan and everything Alana Sky said came true. This is my first loan with Ad Mortgage. Even though it was the first loan, I found their system to be very intuitive and easy to use. AD turn times are great, approx 24 hours. I really enjoyed working with them and will again I am sure.

Tough loan but AD was clutch

being able to communicate by phone to all terminals helps with any confusion on any subject. Also the speed of which conditions are reviewed is super helpful. I have been a loan officer for 30 years and this just takes the anxiety of whether or not your loan is going to close on time out of the situation.
