Avoid this company they have gone bust, they have our deposit for a holiday and not been in touch when we have been emailing them and phoning them, the bogus number they have diverted to another company. They have someone answering the phone who is wasting time and getting a thrill out of plp calling him sounds like AI. We are trying to get our deposits back no one has been in touch we have been in touch with the MD on linked in. who is aware of this company he has told us they have gone busy and to claim money back thought atol and bank. Please please do not give your deposits to these someone else will take it and you will not get it back.

The travel agent is excellent and best great value for money, we had an amazing honeymoon, worked out about £2000 cheaper than all other competitors for the same holiday, abd services was the best.
We had a big wedding which cost us a ton, we were very happy to save £2000, we went over the itinerary again and again just to make sure its all trueand correct. We did all our homework as to what resorts were looking at, they took the details, gave us the price. At first, i thought it was some mistake but we went our honeymoon everything was perfect.

They also requested our vegetarian meals on the flight which was actually quite nice for airline food. ehen their edocs came thought, this did not mention meal types, so its nice to know that they gave a lot of attention in our booking.
However, the airport transfers were fairly standard vehicles, but got us to destination in one piece.

Once at the resort, the location was superb, right on the beachfront, food was ok. sitting by the beach with the sunset with a drink was the best.
All in all, after 10 days of relaxation and some excursions, on our final day, we had the most amazing spa, they gave us a couple spa packages this was best value treatment.

We are happy with their service, price and their product.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We booked a holiday 18 months ago for a 18 day Christmas break in Thailand. Paid a deposit, then was really hassled by the company to pay in full even though the final balance wasn't due. We eventually paid the holiday off (luckily on a credit card!) We received the flight details and 4 months before we were due to fly out we asked for confirmation of the hotel booking. We were completely ignored for about 4 weeks and alarm bells began to ring. After about 100 phone calls, being passed from pillar to post, someone finally confirmed that the hotel wasn't booked!!! Christmas ruined!! We asked for a refund, which first of all they refused to refund the flights, even though it was a package holiday! After various threats of solicitors getting involved they agreed to repay in full...... which we NEVER received and they had no intentions of paying, we were also told we'd be due compensation, again complete lies.

Luckily we booked on a credit card and had to do a charge back and managed to finally get all our money back but the last 6 months have been very stressful to say the least.

Absolute scam of a company and they generally don't care. We were even given a false name from an employee at one point as my wife had spoke to that person before and recognised their voice!!! How these people sleep at night knowing they've scammed people out of thousands of pounds I do not know. I've left a few comments on their Facebook and Instagram pages which have now been deleted and I have now been blocked so hopefully people see this instead!

changed my review as Tobi reached out and rebooked everything and confirmed all is good. Whatever turbulence was in play at the end of last year seems to have subsided and adored is back to its best.

I was happy to use adored holidays again as my previous holidays have been faultless. Chris again took care of all quotes and bookings. Very happy with service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and Chris. Thankyou

SCAM… I agreed a holiday to Dubai staying at the Atlantis last year around October time 2025. A lot of the communication was done via WhatsApp. I then had a phone call in January saying the holidays has been cancelled as they lost the contract and I need to contact the bank to get my money back because they have a new system in place and have been taken over by another group. This is a big red flag because they should have been able to return my £1150 deposit (the bank agreed). I then spoke to a director who reassured me I could get the same deal if I booked again. I haven’t been contacted by them since and I can get hold of anyone. I have tried their WhatsApp number, number online and emails as well direct numbers. Cant get hold of anyone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - YOU WILL BE LET DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTE

Try and contact them yourself if you don’t believe me! Prices are to good to be true.

Chris arranged a holiday for me and my Cousin to Dubai. It was fantastic. The level of service we received from Chris and his team was 'outstanding', even when there was a mix up Chris and his team got us a complimentary room upgrade.

Adored Travel are an outstanding company, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Adored Holidays is just the best at what they do. Rosie was incredible. She gave my mum and i a complete VIP service. She was warm and welcoming and taken time with us to plan out every little detail there was no feeling of pressure and when he learned it was my birthday she was so sweet about it. I have every intention of going back to them again many times in the future I was totally impressed. I can now sww why Adored holidays are such a prestigious brand after my wonderful experience.

Another great holiday to Dubai arranged by Chris. Everything went smoothly and the hotel was great.

★★★★★ service as always from Chris! We had a beautiful honeymoon in Dubai at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, stepping out of the snow and into the sunshine was bliss. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the food was lovely, we would definitely advise booking the à la carte restaurants for lunch & evening meal times as soon as they allow you to at 11am each day on your QR code the hotel gives you on your arrival paper work, as the food quality there is on a much higher level.(the steak house being the best) If you book an a la carte restaurant for 8.30 pm you can watch the live music each evening whilst eating.
The mojito cocktail bar was beautiful and served premium alcoholic cocktails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The live music around the hotel throughout the day and evening created such a lovely atmosphere. We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade — room 3303 was absolutely stunning.
Overall, we had a truly pleasant stay. A huge thank you once again to Chris for arranging exactly what we asked for. Adored Holidays are always reliable, helpful, and go above and beyond to find you the perfect holiday. Highly Reccommend!

Chris from adored holidays was very helpful and great recommendations of where to stay in Dubai and also was great on the price overall can’t recommend enough,

Booked and paid for in full a holiday to Dubai in October traveling out on the 28th of December with our first stop at the W hotel on the palm which was fine, our stay was for 4 nights.
On day two of our holiday we received a Email from a Peter Kin at Uselect travel advising us that no one at the 360 travel group could be contacted and so payment to the hotel would not be authorized and that our booking had been cancelled, however we could contact the Rixos hotel ourselves and re-book if we were willing to pay the hotel directly ourselves!!
We then for the next two days send numerous emails to various people who we had previously been contacted by from Adored Holidays and 360 Travel company as well as trying to contact them by telephone to which we received nothing back.
We then took the decision that this was not going to dictate the remainder of our time in Dubai and booked another Hotel at our expense.
Do not book with this company

Terrible experience with Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group. Despite paying in full and dealing directly with the General Managers, no hotel booking was ever confirmed, and repeated messages and calls were ignored. Staff had no authority to help, and promised resolutions were never delivered. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was shocking. We would never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.

Do not book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group.

We booked a family holiday to Abu Dhabi including flights, hotel and transfers. Days before departure, we discovered only because we contacted the hotel ourselves that no hotel booking existed. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island confirmed directly that our reservation was not on their system.

We dealt directly with Alex and Tobi, both General Managers, yet despite dealing at the highest level, the situation was handled appallingly. Alex became completely unresponsive at a critical time, with messages read and not replied to, and deadlines repeatedly missed.

Tobi repeatedly assured us a solution was coming, asked for more time, and committed to specific call back times. None of these were honoured and no resolution was ever provided.

Multiple calls to the office resulted in conversations with admin staff who confirmed there was nothing they could do because the matter sat with Alex and Tobi. This left us completely stuck, with no escalation route, no accountability, and no ownership of the issue.

We were later informed that Arabian Adventures, their provider, had cancelled bookings due to contractual issues with Adored Holidays, yet nobody proactively informed us. We were left less than 24 hours before departure, check in open, travelling with a 14 month old baby, with no accommodation and no support.

The stress and disruption caused were enormous. We lost annual leave, nursery fees, airport parking, holiday purchases, and had to urgently arrange an entirely new holiday ourselves to avoid being stranded abroad.

Any reviews mentioning individuals we did not deal with do not reflect our experience. Our interactions were with Alex, Tobi, and the wider Adored Holidays and 360 Travel Group team.

This was a complete failure of service, duty of care and professionalism. We would never book with Adored Holidays or 360 Travel Group again and strongly urge others to avoid them.

I wish I could give negative stars for this company. Absolutely appalling service. They didn’t book the hotel part of my holiday and then did nothing about it. Ignored all of my messages for help. After 9 weeks of emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, they continue to ignore me. I was promised a refund twice and had agreement that the service I had received warranted compensation. They have not provided either. Please DO NOT waste your money.

WARNING, I’m currently in Dubai and this company has cancel our holiday. Even though I have paid for it. We have 4 children and 2 babies with us. Everytime we call they are saying for us to pay the hotel ourselves. Staff are rude and are doing nothing to help. They are refusing to pay the hotel and are now not accepting our calls.

2nd time to Atlantis Dubai using Adored Holidays, great price and great communication both times , always quick answers to any questions and the Hotel is amazing , highly recommend both Adored holidays and the Atlantis will be going away next year and using Chris at Adored Holidays again , many thanks for another year of great memories

From the minute I called this company I was put at ease.Matt has been great,giving me a quick and easy affordable quote.Everything from start to finish was a brilliant experience .Could not ask for more.I will definitely book with these again .

Chris at Adored Holidays has been great — really helpful and professional throughout.

However, we weren’t overly impressed with Atlantis. While the day-to-day staff were amazing, the reception team left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, there was heavy selling, and we kept getting messages on the TV and phone calls encouraging us to add more money to our room account.

The food was fine, but overall, the hotel felt more like a themed Disney resort than a luxury experience.

As for the Emirates night flight — definitely a no from us. The seats were uncomfortable, the food was poor, and the service was very slow.

That said, Chris will definitely be organising more holidays for us in the future — we’ve learned a lot from this first trip!
