We recently booked our holiday to Jumeirah Al Naseem through Chris at Adored Holidays, and the experience from start to finish was absolutely seamless. Chris was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.

Chris looked after us once again. We stayed at the Hilton in Abu Dhabi which didn't disappoint. Attentive staff throughout our stay and the added local facilities of Seaworld, Ferrari world and Warner brothers, that we visited, made the break much more active and interesting for our children.

I’ll be honest – I was initially very sceptical about booking with Adored Holidays, having always gone through high street names like TUI and Thomas Cook. But from the moment we started dealing with Chris, any doubts quickly disappeared.

Chris was incredibly personable, attentive, and made the whole process feel seamless. We booked a trip for seven of us, including two young children, to Atlantis The Palm in Dubai – a once-in-a-lifetime holiday – and everything was organised perfectly. Not a single hiccup from start to finish.

What’s more, we saved close to £10,000 compared to a quote we had from TUI for the exact same trip. That kind of value, paired with such professional service, is hard to beat.

Booked our trip to Dubai with Rosie. Had not used this company before as I had not heard of the company. We regularly go to Dubai, contacted adored holidays and Rosie was able to give me a very good price with further discount. Rosie was very good at what she did for us. It was a very quick process from booking to getting confirmation. Though we did have problems with the admin team which was no fault of Rosie’s. My family have also booked with Rosie to go away next month and we will continue to do too. Rosie is very professional at what she does and keeps in touch with you via WhatsApp which is great. Just booked our big family holiday to Florida for 2027 with Alasdair. Brillant price, fantastic villa and very much looking forward to it. Alasdair had excellent communication and knowledge of the best places to stay and found us an unbeatable price for villa and flights. I’ve lost track of the number of holidays Chris has booked for us now, we must be on 10+! Each and every time Chris makes the whole process so simple, from finding the best deals to booking and issuing the documentation and the follow up calls to see how things went the whole process is smooth and it really feels like Chris cares. Our 5th time booking with Adored Holidays 3years in a row and now looking at the next one to book! We have always been lucky to have Chris with our bookings. This time we wanted the maldives for a two week family holiday over Easter. We found some deals online that just looked too good to be true, as we always thought the maldives to be out of our price range. We shared the details with Chris, who found a way of not only being cheaper, but assisting with better direct flights and including some additional extras such as sea planes transfers with no added cost. Every holiday we book with Chris, he's made sure we are treated like royalty at the hotels! When booking with Adored, we feel safe, well protected and understood and most of all can book with full confidence.

This was the first time that we have used Adored Holidays. The service, attention to detail and organisation was exceptional and gave us a fantastic stress free holiday. Chris was outstanding with his management of our requests and his suggestions were great. Will definitely be using them again.
