Customer service, especially Kez, has been extremely responsive and went out of their way to deliver my ready to ship items ahead of the items with a wait despite me having placed multiple orders back to back. They combined my orders and shipped promptly. The jewelry is a nice quality, but admittedly small for the price. Overall I would order again.

I had such a great experience with Adornmonde and wanted to share. I purchased the Frankie diamond U-shaped earring, and unfortunately within just two days, I noticed that the diamond earring head (the part that screws onto the U hoop) was missing. I honestly didn’t think there was anything that could be done, but I reached out to their customer service team to explain what happened.

Jayson from Adornmonde responded and completely exceeded my expectations—he arranged to have the diamond earring head replaced at no charge. I was genuinely surprised and so appreciative of the support.

It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful and responsive. This experience really solidified my trust in Adornmonde, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

Love their things

I purchased my 5mm Frankie U earring at the Black Friday sale 2025. Unfortunately, without realizing it, I purchased the wrong size. My 2nd piercing was closer to my original piercing than I realized. I thought I just had “CHUBBY LOBE SYNDROME “. I fought feelings of frustration with the earring size for 5 months. I finally reached out through email to ask about any sort of an extension to add to the earring to make it a little bit bigger. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when the customer service rep, Kez, offered me a larger replacement earring, even though it had been 5 months. Kez made the process easy and was friendly and professional throughout. I am now happily wearing my beautiful new less-stress no-fuss replacement earring. Kez is a credit to the company! Thank you!

I love the Frankie hoops so much. When I received them, I was struggling on how to get them in my ears. They sent me a video and tada, easy peasy. My husband helped me screw the small diamond on.

Great customer service. I purchased the 4mm cloud diamond clicker hoop as a piece I could comfortably sleep in and leave in all the time. Unfortunately I started getting a reaction once I put the earring in and I reached out to the customer service to express concern with the quality of the metal and ask for a refund/send the item back. The team responded immediately with a free shipping label and easy instructions for how to send it back even though I had already thrown out the original packaging. They also provided the details of their 14k gold alloy so I could fully understand the materials included. Typically I am allergic to nickel, which is actually NOT in their gold alloy. Low and behold, a few days later my ear is doing fine! (I think now it was just irritated from trying to get such a tiny hoop in, which was difficult). While many jewelry companies are quick to blame the customer or shady about their materials, AdornMonde provided an excellent experience with my issue. I would be happy to shop with them again.

Everything I've purchased from this store — for myself and as gifts for friends — has been beautiful and exceptional quality. The products make for wonderful gifts, but what truly sets this store apart is the customer service. Jen has been outstanding, efficiently resolving my orders and answering my many questions with speed and care. Highly recommend!

I DM’d them asking advice about where to get the piercings & what earrings would be okay for it… to be honest, it was a bit of a shot in the dark to see if they’d respond. However, to my surprise, they were EXTREMELY responsive AND helpful. Answered all of my questions & gave such helpful tips.

Earring quality is great and designs are cute! I had a minor issue with one of my earrings and customer service was outstanding! They were efficient and extremely helpful and resolved my issue in no time. I am a customer for life!!! Cannot recommend this brand enough. It is completely worth the price
