The website is easy to navigate and the service was prompt with interesting, different options presented for travel, not just the usual stuff. I got the feeling I was dealing with someone who loves a good travel experience.
Was trying to put an itinerary together for Denmark and Germany but it was not working out for me. I like to have everything planned in advance, I'm not good at the spontaneous travel thing and these guys had it sorted for me within 24 hours - very clear itinerary and cheaper with nice accom all the way through!
Excellent communication throughout. Our first cruise to caribbean so had lots of stupid questions and they answered promptly and let me and the wife reassured. Nothing was ever a drama. Will use again for our next big trip next year
Also got us cheaper flights to Perth than was on any airline website. I dunno how they managed that but was a nice surprise.
