Kendall Rogers Review

After having a good experience with AdVally for a couple of years, I unfortunately have to edit this review. After being approached by Doug to say there might be a better option out there than AdVally, we switched both of our brands to a new service. AdVally unfortunately refused to pay us several thousand dollars, and is now ignoring repeated requests. I’ll amend this review if we get our money, but it has been four months of shocking silence. Nothing is worse than someone intentionally holding on to your money. They paid one brand but left the other brand hanging. Customers beware - you may not get your money.

An amazing partner for publishers. They've truly built a powerful demand machine for our video ad inventory. We sit back while they handle everything, and it has significantly increased our revenue. Zero complaints, their team is awesome and everything you could want from an ad-ops partner.

Fark has been around for 22 years now, and nearly always when I meet supposed ad-tech experts they're just full of crap

Advally is the incredibly rare exception, possibly the unique exception. Here's how you know they're good: when they don't know they say "I don't know". They don't make up buzzword bs answers to hard questions, they give their best guess and a confidence level. They gave me clear answers to ad-stack questions I've had for nearly two decades.

Never in my career have I left this positive of a review for anyone. Advally is the real deal.

I am very happy with my long time…

I am very happy with my long time relationship with Advally. They are not just my ad ops team anymore, but they have become my friends. No easy task to pry me away from that team. Really good people that are always there when I need them.

Publishers Beware: Advally Withholding Payments and Ignoring Emails

I was with Advally for over 8 years and, up until recently, things were mostly stable. Unfortunately, my experience over the past few months has taken a drastic turn for the worse.

After moving away from Advally this year, they stopped paying out revenue cycles that are fully owed. I contacted them repeatedly on multiple dates across more than a month, emailing every team member and department they list — including accounting, support, their finance manager, their CEO, and their legal contact. I also tried from multiple email addresses in case of deliverability issues. Every message was ignored without exception.

During this same period of complete silence, their client dashboard continued receiving updates, and my account was altered (archived and payments reclassified as “Deferred”), which makes it very clear the company is active and simply choosing not to respond.

Based on my experience and what I'm now seeing from others, it appears that once publishers leave their service, Advally may refuse to release remaining payments and stop replying entirely.

I’ve never had an issue like this in over 20 years of working with other ad partners. The level of disregard and non-communication has been shocking, and I can no longer recommend Advally under any circumstances. Publishers should be extremely cautious — you may not receive the money you’ve earned.

We are grateful for our Advally team! We have been working with Advally for about two years and have seen an increase in our programmatic revenue. We also appreciate their quick customer service and their insights. When we had a major problem with website traffic, they were quick to jump in and help us figure it out. Highly recommend!

Outstanding AdOps Partner

Advally has been an outstanding AdOps partner of ours in a multi-year relationship. The thing I like best about Advally is I know they genuinely have our best interests at heart when discussing strategy even if they don't directly benefit, which is rare for any partner. Advally is a very responsive AdOps partner that has driven our monthly revenue meaningfully and we look forward to working together for many years to come.

Fast, Responsive, and Exceeds Revenue Projects

We had to reorganize our entire ad operations department in a very short timeframe, including figuring out how to manage our programmatic ads. We got in touch with AdVally and they stepped in quickly to, not only get us set up with several programmatic ad networks, but also helped us better organize our ad units for better traffic flighting. Over the years with them, we've seen several periods of better-than-projected programmatic revenue, they're always knowledgeable on best practices and good about letting us know about new revenue options that we could pursue.

Thank you AdVally!

At a time when online advertising was going through major changes and programmatic advertising was making its start, we determined that the prospect of learning and implementing a new system was more than we could manage. Our search led us to AdVally and we have happily worked with their team ever since.

The AdVally team is extremely responsive and we have always been pleased with their willingness to help with a variety of issues. Most recently, they evaluated our situation and reported that there were a number of options to be able to generate more revenues. They recommended changes and after implementing them, we have seen a vast improvement!

Thank you so much and we look forward to continuing our relationship through the ever changing advertising landscape for years to come.
