Publishers Beware: Advally Withholding Payments and Ignoring Emails
I was with Advally for over 8 years and, up until recently, things were mostly stable. Unfortunately, my experience over the past few months has taken a drastic turn for the worse.
After moving away from Advally this year, they stopped paying out revenue cycles that are fully owed. I contacted them repeatedly on multiple dates across more than a month, emailing every team member and department they list — including accounting, support, their finance manager, their CEO, and their legal contact. I also tried from multiple email addresses in case of deliverability issues. Every message was ignored without exception.
During this same period of complete silence, their client dashboard continued receiving updates, and my account was altered (archived and payments reclassified as “Deferred”), which makes it very clear the company is active and simply choosing not to respond.
Based on my experience and what I'm now seeing from others, it appears that once publishers leave their service, Advally may refuse to release remaining payments and stop replying entirely.
I’ve never had an issue like this in over 20 years of working with other ad partners. The level of disregard and non-communication has been shocking, and I can no longer recommend Advally under any circumstances. Publishers should be extremely cautious — you may not receive the money you’ve earned.
