I have great people to work with in the Bushnell office. They are polite fast and helped me out to understand the o line advance system. I wish all the advance America offices were this great

It was as simple as it can be. I walked in, asked to borrow $150.00. I cracked a few jokes while my transaction was being proccessed. Minutes later I was counting my cash. It doesn't get any better than that.

Online experience was great, however, I only did it online because when I tried to go in store there was no one there to let me in. Waited for someone to come back, they walked in and never let me in.

Great customer service if you are using Amscot you need to switch to Advance America for their rates and services are better

Great people to work with, I had the pleasure of working with the manager from the Wildwood office, she was friendly, helpful and so down to earth, she made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

I have always been more than satisfied with advance america. Nice to be able to get help when needed. Employees always kind and considerate.

Being able to pay my bill by phone has made it so much easier for me. I always get good service.

Your online is very poor to slow and constantly having to electronic sign signature over and over takes over a day to try to borrow its quicker just to go to locations to do. And I think the store should be able to cancel the online application when there are issues.

I have been trying to get an issue fixed with the online service for over 2 months now and they are not helping me at all. The only person that has taken the time to actually attempt to help me is Brittany who works in an Advance America store. I would absolutely not ever recommend using the online services with Advance America. I received the loan online and it was automatically debited from my account when I was due to pay it back but my account was never changed to "Closed" so it remains open as if I have not paid it. I have submitted my banking history 3 times and no one has adjusted my account. I have called the online services about 10 times and spoke to someone different each time who tells me the same thing every time, "It looks like they are still working on your account. I will have this expedited and make sure personally this gets taken care of." Never happens! Then when I call back to ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they put me on hold for a while and the same person comes back to speak to me again. Now, they have sent me to collections and are calling me 10-15 times/day asking me to pay money that I have already paid! I have tried to call and file a complaint but the wait time was 3 hours! Must be a lot of complaints being made?
