Absolutely the best place to go if in a pinch and need quick money.
Scott is a true down to earth customer service representative.

The employees are always very pleasant and helpful. Everything is explained clearly. I would recommend Advance America.

Advance America is our "go to place for when we need help." Scott is so friendly and helpful. Nowadays with gas exceeding $5.00 a gallon with no end in sight. People seeking help from all aspects of life (Utilities, food, cash) even relief from covid, it's nice to know there are places and people that are there to help.

Always been my goto when needing some cash in an emergency. Quick, efficient and not a bad web experience.

I have been borrowing from from this site for a time. Reasons are excellent customer service, everyone treated as valued member, best interest rate in the area, on line access to your account, and Scott is an excellent manager. I only prefer this business.

Called in June 2021 to compare rates, spoke to a very knowledgeable man on the phone who gave the information to applying online versus in the store. Came in person in October 2021 after going to a competitor for a few months. Was given twice what the other place gave me, and up to 4 months to pay it back. I was loaned one-third of my gross monthly pay, based on your last paycheck only. Different man waited on me than on the phone, equally as professional. Nice to see all employees wearing masks and hand sanitizer for the clients. They have revolutionized the short term loan industry. Will recommend to friends. My advice to you, pay back early if you can or pay a little more than due each time so they are at least charging interest on a smaller amount, as you are saving a lot in interest if you do. You really do not want to pay that interest.

Fantastic. Help is always there when you need it. I'm grateful.

Good service. Very polite and knowledgeable and respectful. Very quick and convenient.

As a person of some years, I have found overall world-wide business customer service / satisfaction to be on the decline for some time.
So refreshing it is, to have businesses such as Advance America continue on with traditional high standards and professionalism in this day of age.
For those seeking services akin to that of Advance America, I highly recommend them. I have observed the rest.

I WOULD NOT CONSIDER TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !

Very fast, efficient, friendly experience

Everything was nice and easy until it was time to give the cash . I was approved for $700 The store only had $200 cash and gave me a check for $500 unfortunately went to cash the check and it would take 3 days to clear my account. Ended up having to pay $50 to cash the check . Not satisfied at all won’t be a repeat costumer. If loans are your business might try having the cash to give the costumer. $50 is to much to have to pay to get your check cashed

I love the crew at my Advance America in Canton,Ohio... especially the Mgr Scott... he has been so helpful and everything has gone so smoothly and quickly each time I have been in.
