Advance America - Crestview - 2535 S. Ferdon Blvd. Opiniones

Justice is great! Was able to set me up with a Payday Loan fast and easy.

Grumpy and Condescending associate. She may need a vacation.

The service was impeccable

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with ADVANCE America

Crestview Florida staff are the best. Kind, courteous and professional

Thanks so much for both Ron, and the assistant in Advance America. I had a very odd situation that occurred in our account when my husband paid our services back. He paid the wrong account, but thanks to quick thinking and some help Mr. Ron was able to help to rectify the situation. We have used this service for at least 26 to 28 years simply because it is a quick method for either of us to obtain money when we need it. We have enjoyed the many services offered by this company. Thanks for great people and for good services. Thankful customers. Crestview, Fla. HAPPY 28TH BIRTHDAY to ADVANCE AMERICA FOR CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA.

Always there for me when I need it till next payday. Friendly and quick.

It is always a pleasure to go to Advance America! The Awesome customer service and friendly faces! I would definitely recommend a visit 😊

I have been very happy with the loan company.

I am very angry with my last experience. The lady deposited the amount I asked for into my account and then gave me cash also. She gave me more than she should have and we did not realize it until after I left. She called and said she gave me $100 more and asked if I could bring it back. When I got to the store she said I owed $200 back. I was very upset because I did not have an extra $100. I had already set aside the money for my bills. After much debate I took a hundred dollars from my bills just to end the argument. I am now behind on a bill because of this. As soon as I can I will pay this loan off and never go back to that store.

It was very fast , the customer service was beyond amazing, and very friendly atmosphere, they made you feel at home .

Lori did everything she could to get me my loan and it was greatly appreciated

I went into the Advance America branch on Ferdon Drive in Crestview,FL. Lori, the lady behind the counter was very nice and was a pleasure to talk to. I could not process the loan the first day that I went in because I lacked certain documents so I wound up going back later in the week. Lori was very helpful in explaining everything and really jumped through hoops to help me get the loan. I think the thing that impressed me the most on the first day is that-when it got close to closing time and we weren’t finished-she never once acted like she didn’t have time for me. I really needed help and she helped me.

Lori was great she always have a pot ice attitude

Mrs Lori helped me received my first loan she also was nice respectful and she went out her way to do things to make sure I was offered the best loan. Thank you advance america and this world could use a lot more nice people like Mrs Lori.

As always the folks in the Crestview Florida office are fantastic to work with.

The in store experience is always outstanding. Still encountering glitches with the on line process.

Very helpful and fast. Very safe
