Kind & Helpful customer Setvuce
The kindness & helpfulness of the employees working. It is sometimes difficult for me to reach & pull down the pen on the computer screen because I am barely 5 feet tall. The employee helping me reached the computer screen out the window opening so O could see & reach easier. Do wish you could lower the counters some. Would be beneficial to us on the short side

The best!
I mean, back in the days when you had to physically go to one of the locations, you guys had (and still have I'm sure) the best smiling, caring, empathetic, fast employees one could ever have for customer service, but now since you can do it now all online and still feel welcome and important, you guys broke your own record customer service wise.
You rock!
