Advance America - Indianapolis - 1985 E. Stop 13 Road Opiniones

Advance America has been such a lifeline for me these past 2 months. I've never had to apply for any loans until last month and I came across this companies info while desperately searching on Google and the location is literally a 4 minute drive from my house so I rushed over to see how bad the loan process actually is ...I was BLOWN away by how helpful the lady was and how she made everything so simple for me. She honestly became a rainbow in my storm of a situation I was in. I believe her name is Cora.

Wonderful staff!!!!! Thank you!

The customer service is above and beyond. There isn't any judging when we need help in this time of turmoil. Thank You

The ladies who run Advance America make it easy to get a payday loan .Always friendly, helping u thru process especially now with the computer pad I'm not techanicly good with those types of things. They help me walk through the process to make it easy and have it deposited right into my bank no need to make different stops.

Great caring Service...Vanessa is always very nice and pleasant to deal with, she repersents your company in a very professional manner ..

When I’ve needed cash in times of importance on a short term basis, Advance America has been most helpful and quick in providing money I’ve needed. While rates for advances are high, it has allowed me to pay bills in a timely manner. In that way it has been worth it to me. Store employees are courteous and provide quick and service as well.

The ladies that work over there are total sweethearts. If I have a problem paying back my loan they always try to think of ways to help me. They are awesome.

The two ladies begin the counter are very courteous, friendly and HONEST.

Always super helpful and very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you need cash to cover a small expense!

I appreciate the fast response and helpful staff.

The ladies that work there are so very sweet and help me every time I need help. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving

Cora and Vanessa are Great!! I've been coming in for almost 2 years and I have always been treated so awesome! They take the time to greet me by name!

Very helpful, got in and out quickly no problems!

They were very professional and made it easy to borrow short term.

Very good people and very easy to work with

Staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you

Great Customer Service, such friendly people. Only downfall about using Advance America is the hours aren't convenient and the pay back option you have to call into a call center where other companies I can go online and pay and print a receipt and then go in that same day and borrow again. I work an hour from the store so the minor things such as hours and online payments are important to me.

I went to Advance America about 7 months ago and when I entered the door I was greeted by Cora and Vanessa 2 very nice ladies. They helped me with my business transactions they were very efficient very thorough and so pleasant. I always leave with a smile on my face. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.
