Great Customer service very friendly and super helpful Answered all of my questions with a smile.

First time utilizing Advance America services. Meaghan was extremely helpful, explained in detail the processes & terms and very expedient taking no more than 30 minutes from entering to leaving. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you Meaghan.

Sincerely;
David

Easy, not any paperwork, or long wait periods, should have had this system a long time ago. Thanks, Alfred Celleo.

It was quick and easy. and this was the first day of the new system. the gal did great

Your customer service is A+. Thank you

Just wish us people get get a the payment plan more then just once in 8 loans I don't think that right I always figured as long as we payoff our loans for a little while we still need that extra help for emergency to get back on track

Services on the EastSide and the WestSide; Both places are run by the same people, they are very professional and always very nice. These days it's very hard to find places that have the same individuals working each time we visit. These two places are very consistent and the service people are very fast and very friendly!!! Thank you for reading and BeeSafee!!!

I have been treated very nice and the employees are very efficient. I would recommend to any one who was having a need for a short loan.

It was a long wait but that was due to computers being down most of the day. The staff was very friendly and you could see they were trying their best to get everyone out in a timely manner. Keep up the great work....
