Mikel, (I am unsure of the exact spelling of her name) at your Battle Creek, MI location is such a phenomenal customer service representative; from all of my ongoing questions, to her leading to how to best take advantage of your company’s offerings in totality. She is the best, and represents your brand (company) there with such grace.
Thank you all very much!

I asked for a payment plan and the lady who waited on me after I told her I was paid on the 3rd of the month set the payment plan up for the 1st of the month without telling me. Then I get emails about every week telling me my loan wasn't paid on time and certian actions will be taken against me if it wasn't paid immediately. How can I pay on the first of month when I get paid on the third of the month.
