Advance America - Oceanside - 4225 Oceanside Blvd., Ste. N Opiniones

I enjoy the option for repayment, flexible to my needs. Staff have always been friendly and courteous.

The Advance America employee is always professional and considerate...at least the one I dealt with this last time. I did complain about one previous encounter. I will say that I wish you had sufficient cash to provide when pay day advances are processed as this last time, the young lady asked if she could put the money on my debit card as she did not have sufficient cash. I said yes without knowing that it would not hit my account until 24 hours after the first business day the advance was made. Advance was made on a Saturday, money not credited to my account Tuesday. I realize it is my banks issue/policy but it did not seem that I had any option.

The employees at my location are very professional and courteous.

I had my needs taken care of in a timely manner I was walked through the procedure of obtaining my loan that I needed to cover some of my expenses. .

When I need cash they are always so nice and polite.

Very Courteous, and Patient!

Very helpful and courteous

Very efficient getting my loan process an excellent employees working for you

Lily was awesome and well vs in what advance America is all about. Straight forward on how their business is run. I would recommend advance America to my friends and family before going to a pawn shop.

The service is always great here. The employees are always very nice and easy going. Awesome to do business with Advanced America.

So months ago, they tell me I "qualify" for an installment loan. Then when I actually need that loan, I can't get one because my credit score is too low. Don't tell people they qualify for something without checking first. I counted on that loan to cover summer months when I don't teach.

The two employees that helped me at the Oceanside office were AWESOME!! Vanessa & Ryan worked excellent as a team while providing me with such professional and courteous service. I work close by this office and while on my lunch break, I was only going to ask a few questions... but the warm welcome I received from Vanessa was comforting, so I decided to proceed with obtaining the assistance that was offered to me. Ryan and Vanessa were both very professional and kind. Their sincerity and compassion were heartfelt. It's very hard to find people who provide the kind of service that they both did for me!! THANK YOU VANESSA & RYAN!! Oceanside Advance America is the BEST!!! I'll definitely be referring my friends, family & coworkers!!
