Crystal was unfriendly and unwelcoming
Crystal was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Iveyused this location a couple of times in the last year and the people that have taken on the face of the business are not friendly. Also make me verify my bank accounts and pay stubs on paper while the person getting served next to me is allowed to show them on their smart phone. When I asked why (because I have done so in the past) I was told it was a new policy and I have to verify on paper because I am not a new client. Seemed like a crock to me.
