This recent experience was really great! I had gotten loans at Advance America twice before, both times online. I went online again last week to get another loan, and the payment could only be in 5 installments instead of 6 as they had been before. I was told if I went to a store I could get it taken care of in 6 installments. Turns out there was an Advance store about a half mile from me. I went there, and in just a few minutes all the paperwork was taken care of and the deposit was in my checking account. (On a Saturday, no less.) The lady I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and professional. She explained my repayment plan so well at the end, I was just so pleased. I knew exactly what to expect. Such a pleasant experience!! (She deserves a raise!)

Jennifer was great she helped me so much and in a timely manner and very resourceful. She had a great attitude and made the process very easy and fast.

You gave me a loan so I can build up my credit!

Jennifer Adkins was VERY helpful and efficient!

Advance America is always timely with the deposits to my debit card but this time I haven't received it yet. My bank hasn't received the deposit yet and they can't do anything until they receive it. Other than that I have been doing business with them for years.

Lyntrell was very friendly & down to earth. She made you feel like you were talking to a good friend. Never missing a beat in still doing her job! The entire visit was fun, informative & very helpful in more ways than the obvious 😊

It was online service was great had a mixup but everything worked out well

Quick and easy process. Very friendly customer service. Will be a repeat customer. Would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They made the entire process stress free.

The Customer service we received on our visit was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. Both of the reps were AMAZING!! I would definitely be back and refer family/friends there. Thank you for working with us..

This store is awesome, everytime I come in to see them they always take care of my needs and are very professional and welcoming to everyone that comes in, it’s definitely worth the drive to see them

Outstanding customer service by your Manager. Very professional, courteous and efficient. She is always a pleasure and makes the transaction quickly. Thanks for a job well done Yulee!! Mr. Mike

Friendly, professional, helpful !

on last week I was in need of Financial Assistance and a Friend of mine referred me to Advance America. Upon my arrival I was greeting by a Young Lady who works there name Michelle ( I believe to be her name ) She went through every resource to get me help because she was having issue with a card I had given her too depositing the funds on. But, she didn't stop trying when she returned the card to me I realized I had giving her an expired card. At the end of the Day she Helped me and Just so you know You all have an Awesome Worker in Michelle. Thank You!!!

Took my payment out a week early and then would not even acknowledge that they had taken the payment even though it had been pulled out of my bank account I was told to come back for the loan five days later just to be told I need to go to the bank to get my paperwork showing that it had went through my bank and and y'all had collected it even though you acknowledge that it's been paid y'all still wouldn't let me do it and I've been a customer of yours for years I've y'all have not had a problem with me paying paying the loan back I was just trying to pay it back early that way I could go ahead and pay take the loan out right before payday so I'd have a little more time to pay it back again so once it was paid I should have been able to get the loan now I'm broke down on the side of the road because I had to go get the information and no I'm not real happy with the way I was treated not by your customer service
