ordered 1K paint and what arrived was 2K. When i contacted them Reagan said I would have to pay a 15% restocking charge which is ilegal due to the fact he sent out the wrong product.
Hard to believe that you phone a company, ask for 1K paint and they send out 2K paint.....what time wasting and incompetance. When contacted they did not even apologise...what is the world coming to?

Once again I gave the benefit of the doubt and 4 days later the order hasn't even been dispatched. I was told it would be and be delivered the next day. Lies! I'm done with this company! Delivery is sooooo sloooow it's ridiculous. I've gone somewhere else who is delivering the next day!

Paid for next day delivery and it still isn't here - no arrival, no notification, nothing.

I agree with other people's comments on here, they don't care about customers that's for sure. I'll be sure never to rder from these again!

I've been using advanced paints for almost 2 years now and they've been a great supplier. Cusomter service is incredible, Luke went above and beyond to help me out with a last minuite next day Saturday delivery order, willingly supplied the best deals discounts without me asking. And on the off chance there is something missing or wrong with the order, they sort it out straight away no questions asked

I was after some paint for a restoration job of a 1970's cycle, and didn't have a clue where to start. Luckily I came across Advanced paints and the Guy I spoke to Luke was absolutely superb. With in 5 minutes of my request he confirmed they could do the colour I required and asked what type of paint was required, once I confirmed that, I placed the order and less than 24hours later it was delivered.
Cannot fault the service and would highly recommend .

AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS. defective paint received, reported, customer service none existent and attributing blame. Not willing at all to explore the issues with the product and come to satisfactory resolution. I am £120 lighter and I would not advise buying from this company at all. Con artists.

I order versus grades of Horse wet & dry paper from them, all was fine except for the P800 , which when I started flatting down with water the grip just came away from the paper, I have been a paint sprayer for 47 years and , have not seen that before , I spoke to someone at Advanced paints , who was not remotely interested, that's fine will not be spending any more money with this , what a shower

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I phoned up for some paint for a motorcycle I’m respraying but not in the standard colour. I had an idea of what I wanted but no more than that . 10 minutes on the phone to Jemma at advance paints and my small order was put through and sorted . The next day delivery saw it delivered safe and sound with no damage & to top it off the colour is exactly what I wanted. Can’t fault the knowledge, helpfulness and professional approach to customer service . It’s so refreshing to find a company that has all of this . Other companies need to take a few pointers from Advance paints !

Bought 6 DTM Aerosols from Advanced Paints. I called up to make sure I was getting the right thing for my project. They made a recommendation and sorted the order for me over the phone, at a great price too!

I didn't receive an order acknowledgement for my paint so I ordered again and, to be safe, asked AP on the same day to check to make sure that I had only one order being processed. The email response was reassuring saying that one order had been received. In the event, two identical orders arrived in one delivery. I asked for a refund for one of the orders but this was refused. I've used the company twice before. Good product, shame about the poor customer service.

Great service, easy communication, brilliant delivery service, excellent quality paint.

Fantastic customer care service, they just do a great job without having to chase them - which is very refreshing. If any problems or urgent needs, I have found them to be spot on.
I can say place an order and leave a note on it and they always come through.

Wrong colour received! When I realised it was wrong I contacted Advanced Paints who admitted this but would not rectify because it was outside of 14 days. What a joke of a company! Despite being WRONG they kept spouting terms and conditions! DONT buy from here! Oh and it cost £25.74 incl p&p for a spray can😡. What was I thinking?

I was always a little dubious about ordering my automotive paint online as, i wasn't sure if the match would be good. However , I was mistaken. This company is brilliant. The way the help you in every shape or form from questions about products to finalising delivery and dates is fantastic. I cannot fault their technical team and the help via whatsap from the advisors which enable you to send pics or vids if necessary of the colour required. Extremely fast delivery and very well packaged , I highly recommend anyone trying these guys out. Also the prices are the best I've found for what I needed and believe me, I hunted high and low for a competitive rate. Thanks guys, will 100% be ordering again. 👏👏👍
