There is so much to criticize with this…
There is so much to criticize with this company that a simple review isn’t adequate. First, all appointments are made through an overseas outsourced company. It can be difficult to understand some intake people due to their thick accents, communication is imperative during this phase.
Second, the front staff ( not the rad techs) are so unprofessional, impolite and constantly chatting amongst themselves about their personal issues and social life!
Lastly, this company has grown and absorbed several smaller imaging companies which can induce growth pains that affect patients, and that is apparent in their operations. The bad thing is there are few choices now since they are one of the biggest companies. I doubt AR will improve because the bigger an organization becomes, the more slow and clumsy it becomes.
