I haven’t received an update on my order and it doesn't appear to have been dispatched yet, even though I ordered 10 days ago and delivery was stated as 2-4 days.

Visited the Peterborough branch this morning for a gait analysis and new running shoes. I was served by Dianne who was amazing at making me feel comfortable and at ease. She is a lovely lady to talk to and my experience was just brilliant thanks to her welcoming attitude. We will definitely be visiting again 👍

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Had a free gait analysis and was able to choose appropriate running shoes after seeing the difference between a few options. Even got to try them outside

The staff were extremely helpful sorting out a faulty shoe and sending it back to the manufacturer for a replacement.

DYLAN ,WOW, your expertise, passion and knowledge relating to all aspects of a runners life was amazing. I have been running for over 16 years and have never had the attention and support to the issues I have faced over the last 18 months. Honestly, just inspiring and I can't thank you enough. You just 'get it'. Keep being awesome . A customer for life that's for sure . Thankyou again for going above and beyond , and to the other lady in the store as you both continued to be so gracious considering you went over the hours of your working day
