after the 1st year of owning the car things went wrong for me financially and Advantage were a bit difficult to deal with, HOWEVER, they improved and now work WITH the customers making life so much easier to deal with, I would use them again in a heartbeat if they offered finance again. The company have improved massively in the customer service side, the staff are pleasant, almost cheerful and are more understanding than ever, Keep it up guys.

From start to finish everything was explained step by step as every time like i have used Advantage.
I would recommend Advantage and especially Jemma who looked after my re finance from the start.
