ordered a month ago never recieved my shavers or heard anything about my order

Ordered December 27, 2024. They provided a tracking number which was shipped BEFORE I placed my order. They do not respond to e-mails. This store is a SCAM.

I ordered from them early January it’s now April and still nothing. I have emailed several times with no response. I wish I would have seen reviews first I never would’ve ordered.

Ordered in January 2025, said it shipped, but to where ?? Almost April and still nothing - big time scam

Fraud. Placed order first day of January. I have emailed multiple times but haven't heard a peep in regards to my washer and dryer cover. Knew the deal was too good to be true.

I place a order in early January 2025,
I did not receive my order and it is now March
I emailed the company over 8 times with no response. I also filed a report with BBB.
I would never recommend Advenza store.

This is a scam. I had the same experience as the others. No response from the company, no order received. No refund received. I ordered over 2 months ago.

same as the other reviews. ordered a product on 1/3/25. tracking stopped mid way thru. no response. no phone # to call. just an address in chicago. just another cess pool in the USA.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. J'avais bien fait mes recherches, mais finalement je me suis fait avoir. 50$ au poubelle. Je vais me contenter d'Amazon maintenant. Je n'achèterai plus des compagnies de ce genre. N'achetez jamais ! depuis début janvier j'attend ma commande. On est en mars.

It’s been over 2 months since I ordered a product from them!! Have sent numerous emails with no response!!

Been waiting over 2 months for my topper yo arrive. Nobody emails back when I email to question where it’s at. Company had good reviews when I searched prior to ordering, now I’m seeing all of these horrible reviews. What a piece a shit company/person for doing this!!!

Never received my item it’s been 2 months since I placed my order. Terrible customer service. Nobody responds to your email and there’s no phone number to call. It’s a total SCAM!!

Seems like a scam. I have never received my countertop and the company never replied to me.

Never received the item I ordered.

I was scammed off of Tik Tock with this POS company I complained to them over 50 times, to Shopify multiple times, the shipper, and several other outlets now I will cancel the card payment after waiting for 47 days.

Absolute scam, ordered the washer dryer countertop, have not received sent multiple emails and no response, will go to my credit company to get refund

Unfortunately i fell victim to this company also. It stated the company good be trusted and was not a SCAM. Well that waa wrong. I have been waiting over a month for my washer/Dryer counter top but no response from company after my 30 emails and the shipper shows tracking up till the 8th of January, they also do not respond to email. Its all a scam. I hope i can get my money back. I really thought I could trust Shop. They have not done anything to help and your not even able to contact them. Very disappointed.

Once I received my order confirmation email, it was the last contact I had with them. Never received my item. Tried to contact them several times and never got a response. Total scam.

My purchase was never delivered. No response from multiple attempts to reach out and inquire. Never refunded. We gotta stop buying cheap China products. Never worth it. Learned my lesson.

I’m so glad I pull this review page up!! I had been trying to contact them for over a month with no response. I found them on the Shop website, you know the purple one that states shop on the App Store. And I kept trying to track my package when after a month the shop page states they are no longer available on their website. They stole my money and they pose an address for Chicago IL. I believe the Shop store should have done more to protect customers on their site.
