I ordered a 5 in 1 Complete Hair Styler White with a UK plug from Advisabled. It arrived but one of the curling attachments was faulty. I emailed their Customer Service to report this and was told that the device was fine. I sent several videos of the faulty item (not working) and emailed back and forth for 3 months. Eventually, Advisabled Customer Service asked me to return it to them for a full refund of £31.49 Sterling.
On 10th February '25, I posting it back to Advisabled with the tracking details, at a cost to me of £14.20 Sterling.
On 9th April '25, I emailed Advisable to enquire if they could help me, as the tracking stated that the product has been with customs in China for 2 months. I received no reply. I emailed them again on 3rd May '25, with the full tracking details from the Post Office and received no reply!

Just over a month ago, the faulty product was returned to me. I am disgusted by the service received by this company and would encourage anyone who are considering buying from them to give them a wide berth!

I had a terrible experience with this company. The product I received was nothing like what was shown in the advertising videos and pictures. It’s clear that they are misleading customers to get their money. Despite claiming to have a return policy, they refuse to accept returns and won’t issue any refunds. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

This company has sent me 2 of an item I only ordered once and charged 2 different prices. The item is a cheap bit of tat that is not worth even half of what they have charged and they won't allow returns. Scam of a company

The packaging was really nice and secure. The product arrived in perfect condition. It was wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection during delivery. The box was solid and had clear instructions. Overall, very impressed by the attention to detail in packaging. Very important for delicate items!

The design of this product is innovative and compact. The metal framing makes it sturdy, while the folding feature adds portability. As a car phone holder, it's secure and reliable. It's also simple to use and subtle in appearance.

I paid £15.99 with PayPal, and they took a total of £30 from my bank account over 3 payments.
I disputed this and £10.99 was immediately refunded, the rest was hidden Tax charges. I would not use this website again.

Do not use this company!!! i purchased some jeans from them after seeing an advert on Instagram.
The item was not as described and when i tried to return product for a refund i was offered £3 the product was £32. Customer services are very unhelpful
