I had a really great experience with AD…

I had a really great experience with AD Williams. Very efficient and professional service, friendly and helpful staff. Smooth and stress free collection and delivery of my car following an accident repair. With all the inconvenience associated with having to make an insurance claim, AD Williams handled their part of the repair service excellently and I would recommend.

They did a good job repairing the car…

They did a good job repairing the car but notified insurance company that the car was repaired 3 weeks before it was by mistake causing us a lot of problems with the courtesy car company

As good as new

Having an accident is not a good experience for many reasons but Lyn on reception just made the nightmare so much easier. She was reassuring, kind and so helpful. John who delivered my car back to me also went above and beyond. My car looks as good as new and it is comforting to have the 12 month guarantee.
My only very slight disappointment was a lack of curtesy cars and confusion as to how long the work would take - delayed due to you receiving my car (although this was probably due to my insurance company), and then initially saying 7 days on the app but I fact took 18 days. This said it must be difficult to estimate until the work commences.
Thank you all for doing such a brilliant job.

100% recommend, do not take your car anywhere else!

My whole experience with AD Williams from start to finish was amazing. My car was in for a week, they were so quick! I had a courtesy car and even when that had a flat tyre they came straight over and sorted it out for me. The office staff are so friendly and helpful and honestly I wouldn’t even know now I’d had a fight with a bush, the repair job is perfect! 100% recommend, don’t take your car anywhere else.

Car repaired after third party…

My car went here after a third party drove into me. They had the car 2 weeks for quite a minor repair. The allow wheel paint is dreadfull, not impressed at all, it's very lumpy. It's had a new tire put on and I've had the car back a week and already I've had to put air in it 3 times as it's keeps going down. The day it was delivered back it was sitting at 25psi. There is a small dent which was caused by the accident, I showed the person all the damage when they picked it up. When the car was given back I noticed the dent and the bloke just shrugged. I also think the rear wheel is slightly out of position, I was assured after emailing the company that if a wheel is damaged then they carry out wheel alignment. There was nothing in the document to say wheel alignment was carried out. So I am going to have to pay to get the wheel alignment done for peace of mind. Partly my fault for saying I was happy with the repair. I didn't want to refuse the repair for the small dent as I really wanted my car back, however after noticing the alloy wheel and the issue with the tire I'm kicking myself for not complaining at the time.

Happy to recommend and use again

Good communication with the office on the repair progress. Driver (C) who brought the courtesy car was a pleasure to deal with.

Car delivered back within expected time frame, it was nicely valeted and with the fuel replaced.

Only improvement would be the courtesy car could do with replacing, found it quite unpleasant to drive.
