Prices are way more expensive than booking direct with actual airline. How the get you to book is they pay to appear at the top of your search, often appearing above the actual airline you are looking to book with. Totally scamming the customer into believing they are booking direct with the airline.
I requested a refund, was told it would only cost me €40, they lied!!! It cost €111. Whatever you do, do not use Flightnetwork to book any flights.

Beware!!!! This is a fraud company. Booked a flight to Paris for three persons. Read about the fraud company on multiple social medias and cancelled my booking after 8 hours. We had to pay a shocking 1,353 kr (about 130 Euro) for the cancellation. Most people have issues with getting tickets, not possible to reach customer service, no refunds after cancellations / all according to customer reviews on Trustpilot. NEVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I recently had one of the most frustrating experiences with your airline. My flight needed to be rescheduled, and instead of providing a quick and efficient solution, I was forced to wait over an hour on your so-called live chat support.

The word live became meaningless when I had to stare at the screen waiting for an agent to respond. By the time someone finally joined, the responses were painfully slow, repetitive, and unhelpful. The process dragged on for far too long, and what should have been a simple reschedule turned into a stressful, time-wasting ordeal.

To make matters worse, there was no clear communication, no proper updates, and zero sense of urgency from your side. As a paying customer, it was disappointing to feel completely ignored and undervalued.

This experience has left me with serious doubts about the reliability of your customer service. Waiting over an hour on live chat just to resolve a basic issue is unacceptable in today’s world.

I have worst experience to getting refund as they are not ready to contact airline. I had contacted them 16-17 times and same time with the current support team
But no luck
So recommend not to use this .

So the Airline - Air Arabia - Cancelled the flight - And since the past 1 month - I have been just trying to reach flight network - And their agents are just playing ping pong with my query and they don't tell you that they have receive a refund, your time has no value to them.

This is a SCAM. Stay away from this 'service'. The price is double what you can find with airlines - and this 'service' adds hidden service fees that are not shown in the booking process.
