I had been experiencing a run of problems with my big industrial machine but just couldn't put my finger on the cause. After quite a bit of general research on the net I came across a really interesting article about needles. The simplest part of the sewing machine or so I thought. I read the article with great interest, learning a great deal despite my 50 years experience so I followed it up with a chat with Mathew in the the AE technical department where I learned even more. It turned out that I had been using the wrong needles from buying my second hand machine. The advice turned into a sale involving the ordering of speciallist needles from Germany. My learning curve continued when I had to reset the timing to suit the new needles and in doing so, I feel that I more than recouped the cost of the needles. A real delight from start to finish, solution to my problem and a big boost to my own confidence. Thankyou Mathew!

An excellent company to deal with. I had a bad postal delivery which went to the wrong address, but once I raised this with the company they handled it very professional. I had to go find my parcel which I did. For some strange reason the billing and postal address was different, so whether this was their end or the payment providers end I’ll never know.
The company gave me a discount for future buys and were very good in responding to my concerns.
