Great quality and exceptional customer service

Great customer service and the D1 Diver is a superb watch!

From initial contact to the team at Aera with some questions, they responded quickly and professionally. My order was processed quickly and the team kept me updated throughout with progress and ensuring I had selected the correct additional straps.

On arrival the watch was delivered in superb packaging, a personalised letter from the founders and overall a really nice 'unboxing' experience.

I have owned many watches over the past 30+ years, from brands such as Breitling, Omega, Tudor, Hamilton and many more besides. The Aera does not disappoint at all, it is beautifully finished, has some real attention to detail and has real presence on the wrist, without being an anchor!

If you are sat on the fence I can highly recommend taking a leap and ordering from Aera, you won't be disappointed.

Well as the pilot was such a superb watch I went and bought the diver..wow what a watch. Excellent build complete with quality straps. I can’t recommend them enough for quality and price. Really looking forward to what comes next from the Aera instruments stable..thanks guys

Aera Kept me well informed from order to delivery and the warranty registration was easy.
The watch is fabulous, I have the P1 and love it I wear it loads. Before order I was worried it might be on the big side as no Bezel like a diver but it is great and as its almost pebble like curved feels smaller than having a flat disc on your arm. Really chuffed with it. Unique face and the deep black really works. So far so good on the timekeeping and holds it charge as indicated. Ill admit I thought the straps would have been a little thicker on the Leather but the curved ends at the lug do make it. Dropped a star for the strap but the watch is perfect.

Aera P1 is a thoroughly modern and beautifully made take on the Pilot watch.

I’ve been looking at Pilot watches for a long time. Drawn by the large easy read dial and the large crown but put off by the standard designs - the P1 is a game changer.

Aera watches stand out from the crowded arena of similar offerings, by giving a new unique feel and look to their instruments. The images and reviews do not do justice to the quality of the design and execution of the watch. In addition you really feel like you are important to the company and truly join a family of watch enthusiasts. It is more than a business, it is an experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a watch and joining the community. Aera could potentially be the David to the Luxury Watch brand’s Goliath.

I fell in love with this watch from the first time I saw pictures of the convex glass, and the beautiful simplicity of the watch face. In the flesh it’s so much better.

Add to this some beautiful packaging, a selection of 3 excellent quality straps and you have a winner that will have more wrist time than my Tudors and Omegas. I love it!

User experience and the watch don’t deserve less than 5 stars!

Not too many things I've bought, I'm happy with. The Aera D1 watch is one of those. Excellent material, style and quality. Happy to have this one.

Superb process from start to finish, including fast delivery.

According to their website they didn’t ship to my home country (in EU). Asked if they would at some point, and they it immediately.

The folks at Aera have made a fantastic product. The quality, design and presentation makes for a timepiece that would feel and look good on anyone's wrist.

I only intended to purchase the Diver... after receiving it... I eagerly purchased the Pilot design, I was not disappointed (with either).

I'm looking forward too and fully expect to be in the queue for Aera's next offering.

Could not be happier. The watch is beautiful and the suede leather strap they added was surprisingly great. I didn't think I was going to like it as I am not a suede kind ofd guy.
The watch wears perfectly on my six and a half wrist and with three strap options (I also bought the green strap), pairs perfectly with most occasions.
Delivery was perfect. I engaged customer service to clarify something prior to ordering and was met with prompt responses - right from one of the owners of the company.
I would not hesitate to recommend this watch to any enthusiast.

Got my Pilot P-1 today delivered in the suburbs of Paris, France, you should see the grin on my face.
Been collecting watches for a while now, most of them worn only a couple of times, close but no cigar...
This one is another level of class and attention to details, at the same time understated and timeless, simple and sophisticated ; everything in this design fits perfectly, from the long smooth second hand to the domed saphire meeting the dials smoothly up in the air, to the perfectly matched straps... Love it ! (about the straps, thanks for the extra-length, so many expensive watches today come with straps that are to short for comfort...)
Keep up the good work, I do not see how I can escape buying the Diver in the near future...

The whole experience and story behind the brand. To have a micro brand produce a watch in 904 is something, to produce such a high quality watch as their first offering is outstanding.
