Not even 1 star. They can’t send deliveries out in a timely manner.
They then can’t understand that a faulty plug(one of three prongs is missing) on the electrical item I ordered means the item can’t be used,
Still fighting them after 5 weeks of the order being made to get the replacement plug.
They don’t read your emails properly as keep asking if I’ve used the appliance and what the problem is. Can I send photos, then can I send video? They can’t even confirm if they’ve sent the replacement plug.
Utterly useless… I’m now seeking consumer advice under my all-inclusive package with Which?legal for redress and to get my money back. Dreadful company so far.

This company looks to me to be a drop shipping outfit that sends you cheap slop for extortionate amounts. I bought a gaming chair that was given a top review on a website (probably part of the scam) and I decided I didn't want it before it shipped out because I found another in IKEA. They replied to my request for cancel saying it was already shipped and to try it. I decided to try it and I didn't like it. I'm currently having to go through my bank to get the full amount refunded because every time I ask for a refund they fob me off. DO NOT USE

Scam company, sells you junk then ghosts you. See trustpilot for Rivexo for previous incarnation. Got scammed for office chair like many others.

Like others, I saw that their chairs were rated no1 on a tech review site so i ordered a chair for £179. The next day i did some research and saw all the bad reviews. I also saw the same chair being sold on Amazon for £42.99!

I cancelled the order 13 hours after ordering, by email as they have no phone.

No response
Got a confirmation that the chair had shipped later that evening.

The order arrived the next day. I then got an email in Polish saying sorry about your issue. 'The order has been delivered.'

The review site has a disclaimer on their about us page that says they are paid by their products they recommend.

I bought an office chair from a company called Rivexo due to some reviews online recommending its higher weight capacity. I'm now led to believe those reviews were hosted on a fake tech review/comparison website.

7 months later, the gas lift began dropping (sometimes gradually, sometimes suddenly). I went to contact customer support, to find the Rivexo website and brand has completely disappeared from the internet, and now redirects to Aerivax, who are selling the exact same product.

I contacted Aerivax customer support asking for a replacement gas lift or, failing that, a refund. I was told, and I quote: "Since you've been using the equipment for over six months, some malfunctions are normal. If the chair has sunk, simply adjust it back to the correct height."

I couldn't believe their response was essentially 'just deal with it, moron'. I strongly suspect I'm talking to an AI anyway. Not sure what to do now, I'm out of pocket £160, and the chair I use to work from home is basically unusable.

I purchased an office chair from Aerivax less than a year ago, and after only 10 months of very light use (typically one or two days per week), one of the chair’s wheels split and fell off. In my view, this suggests the wheel had a manufacturing defect from the outset.
I contacted Aerivax to request a replacement wheel, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, the company declined to take any responsibility. The Sales Director informed me that they would not provide a replacement and advised me to purchase a new wheel myself.
I found this response extremely disappointing, particularly given the relatively new age of the chair and the potential safety implications of a wheel failing during normal use. Based on my experience, the company’s after-sales support and customer service fell well below my expectations.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a product backed by reliable customer service or confidence in the quality of what they sell.

Dodgy, probably dropshipping with partnering "review" websites that are heavily sponsored on Google searches.
I fell for it, bought a car seat for a baby(!), felt suspicious of the name on the transaction, then looked at the review website which had scattered reviews (gaming chairs by aerivax being their biggest recommendation). No confirmation email, no invoice. Even if the chair comes it will not be getting used due to level of concern.

I was looking for a gaming chair. I found a website when someone made a ranking of TOP 5 chairs. Aerivax was 'the best one' of course so I found their website on the internet. Paid £179 for something that u can get for £50 elswhere. The chair haven't even got their logo! Avoid under any circumstances!

Absolutely shocking customer service , highly reccomend NOT using this company .

This Company is another fraudulent Company. As soon as I ordered the item I cancelled it by sending them a message. They ignored my message and sent it out anyway. I refused the item and sent it back . This was over a month ago . They keep saying they are going to refund me but it takes time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FROM CHINA.

I ordered two chairs of different colors, one arrived 2 days later, another arrived after 8 more days, but the second chair's look is a bit different from that in website.

No email notification or confimation of your order, i tried to send email to ask for progress, they replied me to wait patiently and will update me the tracking number. Nothing happened until the chairs arrived.

DO NOT ORDER.

This company has been through multiple names, masquerading as UK companies when in fact they are based in China and charging a fortune for items that are worth a couple of quid! I fell for it in one of their previous incarnations, and then I found the website that had ‘recommended’ the item I bought had been updated with this new name’s website! Please don’t waste your money is utter garbage you could get from Temu or SHEIN.

Do not buy from them. They are the worst with the worst customer experience.

First off, I put in a wrong email address and their website did not have validation errors to let me know the address was wrong. What website doesn’t have validation checks in 2026??

After a day or so, their website went offline and I emailed them for a refund as I didn’t trust them. They mentioned they don’t offer refunds. They said my chair had some manufacturing issue and suggested a different color chair if I wanted the delivery faster. I accepted as I just wanted my chair and to be done with them.

Their customer service is terrible, they spend days before they reply.

They are the worst. Do not buy from them.

This company is also called Rivexo (amongst other names) and the reviews for Rivexo are quite bad. I ordered an Aerivax office chair, having seen an independent review which praised the product. Having placed the order, there was no confirmation email or any indication of when it might arrive. I was a little worried and my emails were answered by saccharine replies that seemed to be AI-generated. The chair arrived 14 days after the initial order and, to be fair, it’s a great chair and really comfortable. The instructions were clear and straightforward and I assembled it in 15 minutes. This company needs to sort out its admin - a confirmation email is a must.
