Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Lack of communication, the representatives don’t listen to what you tell them they will change your order without you being aware. Call back timing lags. Trying to find another provider now.

Awful start to finish

Awful, start to finish.
-No one could give a price for the products I wanted to purchase.
-When I did order, delivery was slow, the masks were the wrong size.
-Billing was opaque.
-The return process was awkward.
-I returned all but six tiny paper pre air filters (about the size of a very small bandaid. It took a couple of months to process the return.
-I was initially billed $31. After the return was processed, I was refunded about $3.

I am a diabetic and use the libre 3…

I am a diabetic and use the libre 3 sensor as well as take monjerno. They are an authorized medicare provider and I wanted to switch to them. They stated no, That I am required under their policy I must return to using insulin, then and only then will they accept me as a customer to receive the libra 3. Then the doctor can place me back on monjerno. My feeling is this is interfering with established medical care. They stated that I am new with them and they fully understand that I was on insulin, then used a libre 3 sensore for a year, and also used monjerno for a year. Even with that evidence, they determine I should begiin taking insulin against doctors orders to use their service.

Aeroflow is the worst of the worst

Aeroflow is the worst of the worst. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. They have the market cornered and they know it - doing business in spite of themselves - it's no wonder that many people that try CPAP become frustrated and abandon usage. Their Jeanie App is not even worth trying - nonsensical responses and is no help at all. Kelli, Jason and the entire customer service team is no help at. I've just about given up on CPAP.

My machine hasn't worked in 2 weeks

My machine hasn't worked in 2 weeks. We call and get a different idiot every time. Seems like they have people working remotely and have no access to the main warehouse other than email. Sure they want to sell you supplies, that's where they accell. So week 3 everand I'm on my 2nd used POS and this one does the same thing the 1st one did. NOT WORK.
Poorly run company and sorry I ever went with them. All they gave me for my money is STRESS, and sleepless nights. However, I did sleep well last night due to total exhaustion. Thanks for nothing Aeroflow.

This company does not care about you or your sleep. 'Customer Service' is the worst I have ever seen.

They shipped my CPAP machine with default settings and after chasing them for 3 weeks to help me configure my CPAP for my condition I have NO satisfaction.

Zero ability to get through to someone that knows how to assist with CPAP setup. They are very happy to sell you the machine and all the extra's but clearly don't give a shit about making what they sold you useful.

Run away as fast as you can!

The worst site to ever claim a…

The worst site to ever claim a breastpump. They lied about my insurance policy, saying the insurance doesn’t allows them to send the pump before birth, when I called the insurance they told me that wasn’t true and the agent told me her testimony with Aeroflow breast pumps , they sent her the pump when her baby was already 6 months old, this is unacceptable. Everyone knows that moms to be needs everything ready for the Day baby is coming, and that event can even be before the actual due date, they are liars and thieves just want the money from insurance companies. They also lied about the form they sent to my doctor, worst site worst customer service ever.

Unable to get CPAP supplies in 3 weeks

I tried ordering CPAP supplies through AeroFlow Sleep. I originally placed my order (online) on 12/2. On that date they charged my credit card for my copayment. I checked my account on that day and then again on 12/15 and the status was referred as "awaiting processing". I then sent an email to them explaining my issue and requesting an update, nothing was received.

I called on 12/19 and the representative told me that they had not received the prescription from my doctor. I called my doctor and lefty a message. The Doc called me back 10 minutes later and said that he just received the request and he would send it right out.

Again I heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told that they had the prescription but still needed a usage report and visit notes, which they had never told me in previous conversations. I them this information and I was told that this would be taken care of.

I called again on 12/26 and I was told that they had this information but they need a "benefit statement" on the visit notes. I asked if they would contact the doctor? I was told that this information would be turned over to someone else to handle but they were not in yet and were not sure if they would be in today.

I cancelled my order. I believe it should not take three weeks to simply get CPAP supplies.

Now I'll see if I actually get my refund.

I do not recommend!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They mislead their customers by offering low-cost CPAP machines covered through insurance then continuous bill you for amounts over and above the agreed upon price. Check out their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. I have called twice now to decline these additional charges and no one will call back. Beware.

Gave them all the requirements

Gave them all the requirements. I talked closely with my Doc. office. Aeroflow came back and said my Doctor failed! Blatant lie. They never contacted them. If they had they would have been told to fax paperwork! They (Aeroflow) didn't do so! Don't trust healthcare to bad companies!

These folks are the worst...I think its called "bait and switch" They quote you one price, then charge you a different price. Without authorization, they decided to order a new cpap machine. I called BCBS fraud department and got that canceled

This is a horrible company. Their rep (Noah) does not care about anything but sales. Does not follow rules. I do not trust a company who does not follow rules!!! STAY AWAY FROM AEROFLOW

Hopelessly bad company for any service- Feels like years of their staff…

Feels like years of their staff misunderstanding simple emailed questions, endlessly being on hold and being disconnected, all wasted because you can never get anything done with this company. Their app to get through their CPAP ordering process requires an “authorization of permissions” in one of the first steps- what your giving them permission for besides free roaming access to your phones camera is unknown. I couldn’t find it specified. Horrible experience overall- after many weeks I have given up trying to get my doc’s script for a CPAP filled through this company.
