Never received the product. No one is responding anymore. Stay away.

I ordered from this company never received my order. When I entered tracking number it said the link was no longer available. I emailed their support email and it said postmaster cabt deliver no phone number to call then. Scam company stay away from.

Scammers. They said they had a good Trustpilot and reviews. I bought a Cat tree. They sent a tracking number. Tree never came, tracking number said it was delivered so bank won't give me back my money. Website disappeared. The money went to a Someone masquerading as a Cloud insole company in Los Angeles. Wish I would have been able to find these reviews when I was searching before I bought...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I ordered a cat tree for $99, and at first all seemed well. It was a little slow being delivered so I emailed the company and they assured me the cat tree was on the way, here's a tracking number and here's a phone # you can call. Then, all of a sudden, the website has been taken down and the phone # disconnected!!! No more answers to my emails. Thank goodness my credit card co. has jumped right on this. Stupid me!

This web page is a scam. Do Not order anything from them because it will not come. I ordered a cat tree from them in January. it's now February and I have not gotten a thing.

I order the guitar amp and never received it. They tell you that it made in the USA, and it comes from hong Kong, i got in truchas with them one time . Now you can not find them

Scammed me me for 99.00 in Dec 2025 for a little convertible sleep sofa. Bank info was Cloud Sales had a website day I purchased then website went away couch never came was on Facebook

Definitely a scam. Month long drama of tracking that finally indicates item delivered, but nothing delivered. Funds recovery initiated. Don't waste your time or money.

Lost $99 for the cat tree that was "too good to be true". I too saw the red flags but did not heed their warning.

Company is a scam, same thing happened to me that happened to others. Number one the company that charged me was comfort soles Los Angeles, but it was also called aerontech. Basically scammed me out of $99. My credit card is disputing the charge. She said don’t buy anything on Facebook, Instagram or tik tok, they are full of scams.

Its only a 1 star because i cannot vote 0. Paid $119.00 for an LED cabinet. They confirmed the order, sent tracking information that worked and everything. Then, 2 weeks later, the tracking no longer exists and the website is no longer up. They dont respond to emails either. Thankfully my bank refunded me for it.

I am giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0. I ordered a digital guitar amp. First 10 days, the link for the order and shipping is ok. Then it became non functional, as does their website.

I ordered a digital guitar amp on January 6, 2026, from Aerontech.co. It has been three weeks. When the tracking number they gave me worked, it said my order was in Hong Kong for six days, and then the tracking number was not valid. I called, and a young lady answered and was very pleasant. She said it sometimes takes several weeks to receive the item. I waited another week, and that is when the tracking number became nonexistent. I have sent several emails with no response. I called the number I had before, and the response was "goodbye".
This is the classic model for a scam operation. Colorful and enticing home page. The prices of the products are "too good to be true." The website was created on Dec. 24, 2025. Too new to have many reviews. The first customers don't have much to go on as far as reliability. Knowing all of this, I still put in an order. There are still ads on Facebook.
I have been so cautious about spam, scams, and sketchy websites. I saw all the warning signs, but did not heed. I was smart enough to use a gift card, so they didn't have access to personal information.
Do not fall for this scam! It is slick, convincing, it is attractive, and a trap for the guliable especially when they offer something you want. Shame on me for taking the bait, and shame on you if you do not heed this review and the warning signs.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ONE!

Company is terrible
They have hidden themselves so it is hard to let the world know that they are just not nice

Their website claims they have 20k+ reviews on trustpilot. This is the first review. Nothing on the website links to any kind of reviews. I almost purchased a cat tree from them but I let reason override my impulse. They are liars.
